THIS PLACE IS SOOOO AWESOME. I brought my kids were while we were waiting to get my oil changed. I wasn't sure what to expect when going in, but so glad I did. I went on Thursday so it was only 3.50 a person instead of 7 which i think is a bit spendy full priced hence the 4 stars.
This place has an assortment of play/dress up areas where kids can pretend to be a pizza store worker, a vet, and actor on the stage, a banker ect. They also have a little rock climbing wall, tree house, a bus and a plane. There is a lot to do here with your kids. There is also a rooftop play area open during nice weather days which is so fun. Other things to do are construction area-where the kids make things out of paper ect, and a lunch area so you can spend a couple of hours here and get your monies worth.
I think I will be getting a family pass to the Childrens museum and will be a frequent with my kids on my days off!

Alright, so here's the deal Imagine Children's Museum. You are too damn crowded. Due to the high concentration of frantic bodies small, large, and in between, my son could not relax and really take in all you offer.
Some highlights I enjoyed and tried to beg J to check out;
-You get to milk a big fake cow, awesome!
-The theater, with the soundboard and light board and costumes to boot. I was wishing I was a kid and could get away with busting moves on the stage.
-The room with the shadow walls and other crazy stop. Tre-cool!
Not so great, the set up of the Brio train set is really not conducive to more then two to three kids at a time. When Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and the nanny are all hovering over one of the precious ones it really is impossible for more then one.
The electric model train was not functioning. When you're mama to a kid who is obsessed with trains, having this not running and having it impossible to squeeze in on brio action...well, it's a disaster.
The staff is friendly and there are many neat things to do. All I ask is you guys keep an eye on capacity folks.

My son has been going here for years. He is 5 and always finds something fun to do. The staff is friendly and the art Teacher Rainery is the nicest, she always makes time to say hi to my boy and spend some time with him
One day I let my son out of my sight, I went to the desk gave a discription and they found him in a couple minutes. They are awsome.

I've been taking my daughter for several years and she's 7 now and there's things for her at every level she's been at. She learns something new in a creative way each time we go! I just love it! I love the rooftop play and the farm area the most!
The staff is always amazing! very courteous and pleasant and clearly having as much fun as the kids!

Because of the reviews we came here. Thank you. Found couple of parking spaces in front. It was not packed and it was so interesting. The staff was nice and the place was clean. My daughter, my husband and I enjoyed it very very much! We will be back.
We have been taking our son for several years here. He's now 4 and likes the trains, and upstairs outside. The big scary one for him is the lookout tower, we did that last time we visited, and we held hands up and down.
But seriously, I really like this spot from his perspective, as there is a lot of fun to be had. I don't know about the Seattle CM, but this one is plenty for my son. If only they had an espresso bar....
Briefly, this is a great place for kids of all ages. Looks like a good venue for a birthday celebration. Lots and lots of things to do and see. The annual pass is the way to go, and should be kept in mind during the holidays that it makes a great gift.
Bring hand sanitizer!

I'm pretty sure I got every childhood disease ever when I went to the Children's Museum at Seattle Center. No so at the Imagine Museum. This place is nice and clean and gated off so the kids can just run around while the parents chat each other up.
Definitely check out the website for good pictures. My son liked the airplane and train areas best, but there were plenty of other fun things for kids, including a climbing wall, a farm, and a theater with lights and a control panel with lots of levers and switches for the dads. We spent about 30 minutes waiting for my friend in the little fake restaurant. Noah cooked me up some scrumptious spaghetti and cheese sandwiches.
It's only $6.50 to get in and they have free parking under the building! Also, I heard the lady say they will credit you your admission toward the $60 annual membership. If you have little ones, this place rocks.

A far cry from the Seattle Children's Museum, this place tends to be less crowded but suffers some of the same issues, i.e. parking, or the lack of...
While I enjoy this a bit one more, it is smaller, they seems to offer more hands-on classes for kiddos and offer plenty of art projects for even the adults....er...I mean older kiddos, to partake in and lend a hand.
Snake-girl enjoys this place a lot, while she's only 4 years old, the areas all keep her very interested and by the time she's ready to leave we have more then gotten our money's worth.
Staff are usually very watchful, friendly and attentive. The facilities are well cared for and clean.
Birthday party packages are offered and the "party" rooms are sizable and close by the action upstairs.

There's a pay lot next door and plenty of street parking on the weekends (downtown Everett is deserted on the weekends).
I like this place better than Seattle Children's Museum. I definitely recommend taking kids here when the weather is warm. The roof play area rocks.

Well worth the drive from Seattle. After many, many visits to Seattle Children's Museum I decided to visit this one. It's great! So much to do and the outside area on the roof is a nice addition. I think we went back to the airplane on the 1st floor about 5 times. I second the vote on wishing they had an espresso bar :)
