Great cars sweet service.
I had a business meeting in Brooklyn NY and i had to fly out of JFK So wanted to rent a car and I did from IMAGE rent a car in Brooklyn and returned the car in JFK airport.

As soon as I walked in someone was ready to help me. I was thinking to myself this is probably gonna cost me somehow this is what always happens, you go rent a car and the rental company keeps sucking your money away for some really dumb reason. But here that was not the case, I came in and got out with the car really quickly it was cheap and simple. And this time no hidden fees at all. It was truly a great car rental experience.

Image Rent A Car is very savvy, because it recognizes the importance of frequent customers. If you are a frequent car renter, you probably use Image Rent A Car . If not, you should give them a try. I have rented from Image Rent A Car for over 3 years, and have been extremely satisfied with the Image Rent A Car service. I have not rented from Image Rent A Car exclusively. At the JFK airport, for instance, I tend to rent from Alamo or Budget. This is because Image Rent A Car is located off airport due to its large fleet size.  However when I need to recommend a car rental company to my Friends, IMAGE is the place i can have them count on

The luxury van was beautiful.  The only thing about it was, we could not fit the 10th passenger ( yes you did say it was a nine passenger van) in the luxury van,  Overall, we had a great time.

We'll definitely be back for our Florida trip for Christmas.

To all the folks over at Image Rent a Car. I just want to extend my appreciation to you for the great service my family and I have always received from you. You are the only company we rent from when we fly into the New York area. We travel here from the U.K several times a year and always dreaded having to rent a car because we always get crammed into some little Dodge, when a friend back in the UK heard of my complaint about rental car company's in New York, he recommended I give Image a try.

Doing business with you all has been a real pleasure. Ann is the sweetest, kindest person on the planet.

On one trip not to long ago she could not arrange for her delivery guy to pick up our rental at the terminal so she met us in person to ensure we received the service Image is known for. We look forward to many more trips to the New York area and continued enjoyment of the wonderful and exciting vehicles you offer.

Nope, sorry, this place is the pits.  The "luxury" car they gave my friend (who was visiting me) was anything but and it smelled inside.  The people in the office were really rude and unhelpful.  When we called up worried about a noise the car was making, they gave us no help and said that if the car broke down we'd have to pay to tow it back but then refused to exchange the car.  Gross.  Eventually we complained to management or the owner or whoever that guy was and got a discount, but it took forever and there was much wrangling and yelling.  Certainly not worth it!  And it put a dark cloud over my friend's entire trip.

All in all, had a really bad experience here.  I wouldn't have bothered posting about it except I suspect that first review is fake.

Last week my family and I made a trip to the Carolina's. We called few friends to find a good spot to rent a car in New York. Few names and locations came up but overall recommendations were for Image Rent-A-Car. So we rented a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country ( with DVD player) for the long ride. Everything was great, nice clean cut operation, New Cars and rates are just OK.
