Felt hungry at 11 PM. Hotel room service menu looks boring. So I decided to drive around for food. Unfortunately all restaurants nearby are closed. Only IHOP opens 24/7.
I got in and found out there is only one waitress for whole night. And she is a little bit slow. I had no choice and waited for her.
90% dishes on menu look like breakfast. And I don't want something like that. Finally I ordered their new dish, grilled tilapia. It tastes OK. Service is slow. Several times I stood up to look for her for my drink and bill.

The food is pretty good for price and quality, its not the best but its decent that you can spend around $5-7 bucks and get a decent meal. i wouldnt personally go there for lunch or dinner, but its good for breakfast and late night runs if your in the mood for pancakes or whatever. I call it a upgraded Denny's.

As far as the food goes, service there is a bit ehh, or a nicer way to put it, ok well it just sucks. All the employees there are running around, fluttered and looking so busy when theres like 5 tables in the entire restaurant. So dont get me wrong because I work in a restaurant too and it doesnt get THAT busy to the point where they run around forgetting everything and make you wait 30mins just for a refill.

So if your looking for something in the area for late night dining then go for Ihops but if your expecting quality service then dont get your hopes up too much.

This IHOP location gets a full 5 star cause it's open 24 hours, which saves me from Denny's... thank-you thank-you thank-you.

Other than that, IHOP's are great in general for having a few items that are healthy for me, and a large selection of yummy greasy stuff for my boyfriend.  It's a place we can both agree on.

That being said... I get either the tasty grilled chicken sandwich with fruit OR the garden scramble with pancakes which both have less than 15 fat grams.  My boyfriend likes many different breakfast combinations, all of which I used to enjoy.  I've gotten good at ignoring his gluttony and being proud that I'm doing so well on my health kick. :p

This location is just off the 101 on Great America Pkwy.  You cannot see it from the hwy and you have to do a u-turn at the light to get to it.

See ya there!

Busy place on Sunday mornings but was surprisingly fast.  The wait was less then what the hostess told me and for as full as the place was we got our food before we knew it.
The server was working hard and still was able to make sure we had everything we needed and still was very nice.
It's a plus that this ihop is open 24 hours but i think the service is better when the sun is out cuz last time i came here on the late night we stood there for about 3 mins and no one came to seat us so we left.
big steak omelet is always a winner.

Good, basic breakfast food - waffles, pancakes, eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, etc. at a reasonable price and with dependable service.

The strawberry syrup earns bonus points for flavor, particularly in comparison to the other three flavors - Boysenberry, Blueberry and Original.

The lines can be long here, so plan on spending 30 minutes waiting during prime breakfast hours during the weekend.
