I brought my Mac Book Pro here because my hard drive crashed and I needed a replacement. They took a look at it and determined the repair would be $200, which was fine with me. We paid the half deposit and they ordered the part. I was told it would take approximately a week to order the part and then less than a day to do the actual repair. Great (or so I thought).
We paid and (thought) we ordered the part on January 3rd. After that, we never got another update from anyone at the shop. We finally called a few days later to see what's going on and they said they're waiting on the part still. Waited a few more days, nothing. We finally called again January 12th and still nothing. They didn't even have an order confirmation or tracking for the part they were supposedly getting to fix my computer. I just felt like the whole situation was starting to get a little shady. I called around to a couple other shops to see what their turn around time is (just to compare) and was told no more than 48 hours. Needless to say, we went and picked up the computer and got a refund on our deposit. Took it to another shop, and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Dr Romie M.Orlando, FL2845753Aug 19, 2017
Saved me hundreds of dollars on new phone, fast and did not charge me.
Fast & courteous service. Free diagnostics.
Had audio issues with my phone calls. I have protection plan on my iPhone thru Verizon. They were trying to get me to buy new phone outside of upgrade which would have cost hundreds $$$
I took the phone to iFix, within 30 minutes they did diagnostics and it turned out microphone required cleaning. I offered to pay, and they refused payment stating it was a basic issue.
It's important to note I watched them give outstanding service to other people offering to drive themselves to another location to get parts they were out of stock on.
I'll definitely return here with my smartphones and tablets. They run less expensive than Apple Store and are certified I believe.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sachy C.San Marcos, CA171Jun 6, 2017
My experience on an ongoing case "Mac Air repair" is not reflecting well on their fair practice, accountability and customer relationship management. I have been working with their team from April 6, 2017 - initial water damage. I spent almost $300 as suggested by the team - no questions asked.
Got the laptop back to find a bigger problem NO DISPLAY. So basically, wasted my money for a non-functional laptop.
Now I am being asked for another $500 for just a hope to see working version - "may fix". Not to mention they are horrible of communication - constant delays, no status updates, techs showing no concern or value of customers money.
This is dragging on till June, now. No one is helping. I feel I just wasted my money.
Just tall claims to trap customers :(

This place is a scam. I took my MacBook in when it wouldn't start, was told it required a board repair and needed to be sent to South Florida to be fixed. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks with zero information on where my computer is. They don't have any tracking information, every time I call or go into the store they know nothing. I'm convinced they have lost my computer and are just stringing me along hoping it will turn up. Do NOT go here. Even 1 Star is too much for this scam of an establishment.

I've always passed by iFixYouri but never had a need to go until recently. I gave them a call before I came in. I asked if I had to schedule an appointment to get my phone battery replaced before coming in and Joshua, who answered the phone, said no. He then began asking more questions to better assist me with it, which made me feel as though he genuinely wanted to help me out rather than just get my money.
I came in and gave my phone to Joshua and it was done within 10 minutes. My phone now does not drain power like it did. It's such a relief because I always panic when my phone dies.
I recommend this place for your phone repair needs. They'll be sure to help you out.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Betty S.Sanford, FL12101Dec 12, 2016
During one of those "what else could possibly go wrong?" weeks, I dropped my iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. I'm new to neighborhood, so I asked Siri to tell me where the closest iPhone repair shop was, and luckily it's right across the street from my home.
The location does have a few parking spaces of its own, but the area can be a little difficult to get in and out of. So, I parked in the lot for Anthony's pizza and walked around.
I went in and the guy who was working, Tim, was so incredibly helpful and had me laughing even though I was having the worst week. He was super awesome.
He quoted me around $100 for the screen repair, and that he would have it done in about an hour. I came back to pick up the phone and he was finishing up with another customer, and was just putting my phone back together for me to take home.
Fast service with a smile, what more could you ask for?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Stacy S.Fenton, MO04Oct 15, 2018
I would not give this business even one star if that was an option. They broke my phone and kept the sim card. They had my phone over a period of 4 hours for two days to replace a battery and then to fix the power button they jammed.
I received my phone back not working at all and when I went to Verizon I found out that ifixyouri had not put my Sim card back in my phone, therefore, making my phone unable to be used. I called and asked for my Sim card back for my phone with no response.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, horrible customer service and I had to buy a new phone due to them breaking my phone and keeping my Sim card.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah P.Tallahassee, FL3206Sep 18, 2017

I came here after thoroughly checking the website to make sure they could service my Android phone and provide a diagnostic check.
It was empty when we got there so it wasn't exactly busy. The girl who took our phone asked us what we needed and then proceeded to Google search our problem...I'm guessing this was the "Diagnostic check".
She didn't say a word and we waited in awkward silence as she clack clacked on the keyboard turning our phone on and off after we told her the issue is that it keeps turning off...pretty sure we established that issue.
We finally sat down as she continued Google searching.
She finally said, "Sorry I can't find anything. We can't really fix this since we don't open the phones" What? Our problem is something that clearly needed the phone to be opened..she could have saved us a long and awkward wait if she would have just said that.
I can do a Google search and disappoint myself at home without wasting gas. I was really disappointed in this place and the service. I guess if you have anything other than an iPhone, don't listen to the website and go someplace else.
UPDATE: The manager for iFixYouri in the Orlando area was kind enough to give me a call and offer his regrets for the service. They haven't received their soldering equipment at this location and are not as Android savvy as his Altamonte store, so gonna give the company a second look and head to the Altamonte store to see if they can give our poor Android some life.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bill W.Windermere, FL677Nov 4, 2014
The screen on my iPhone 5 quit working so I went to this place based on the high Yelp reviews. I dropped it off on a Sunday afternoon, knowing they wouldn't have a chance to diagnose it until Monday. By Monday afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I decided to call them. After a brief time on hold I was told they just started looking at it, they'd call back, which they did. When they called back, I was told they didn't know what the problem was...sorry. You can come get your phone, we won't charge you. Now, I'm used to Gen Y's lackluster level of customer service, but typically you'd expect some sort of list of things they tried, ruling out the screen, the power button, etc. I asked if they had any other recommendations, "Ummmmm, no...sorry."
My gut told me they didn't provide a thorough diagnosis, so I took the phone to another "Quality" repair store on Turkey Lake. Within an hour they called with a cure. Based on what the problem was, iFix certainly should have found the problem.
This might be an isolated case, but I won't go back, and I wouldn't recommend them.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
