My HOA has been using this company for years.  I've paid my dues and have never really had to deal with them, until now.

I absolutely cannot stand this company.  The agent in charge of our property is completely useless.  She is unprofessional and inefficient.  I had to leave 3 messages and 2 emails before I ever got a response from her.  If I had a choice I wouldn't use them.  During my next HOA meeting I will ask them to change management companies.  Customer service is definitely not their strength.

After this situation is resolved I will look into editing this review.  I'm not holding my breath.

***Update***  1 star added because they are finally returning my phone calls and emails.  On my part, I changed tactics.  I remembered I was/am dealing with a Chinese-owned company in the states and that perhaps they are still doing business the "Chinese" way.  I think the change worked.  To be continued...
