I specialize in making the impossible possible when it comes to helping people understand their bodies, mindsets and what their bodies are "still" capable of with a little understanding of what happens to the human body as it ages. On average my clients lose 12-15 lbs a month Online. In the Gym my clients lose 15-20lbs per month on average. (Individual results may vary) It is quite the experience to see the inches drop off and your body morph into what you used as a teen!

History

Established in 1993

It's very simple the history of my business. After going to numerous "fitness centers"  I saw how poorly the trainers were attempting to train their clients with horrible form and No changes in their clients physiques after months of training. At that moment back in 1993, I decided to take training to the next level.
To me a person that just got his or her certification after a few quick courses or an expensive lengthy one has absolutely no right to be on the floor with a person as a  trainer. I find that fitness centers are allowing this to happen more often than not so that they can take advantage of those that don't know better, and to capitalize solely on the money making potential from their clientele when their main concern should be the health and welfare of their members!

Meet the Business Owner: Gabriel E.

As a former Marine and Pro Caliber Bodybuilder, I have made it my business to know what it takes to be the best you can be. Dedication, commitment to excellence and hard work.
I bring the same commitment and dedication to my clients in the gym, anyone that has ever worked with me and utilized my no nonsense approach to intensity and technique are now believers, and in the best shape of their lives!

My main goal is to make both adults and children aware of what inactivity and poor eating habits actually does to the body. If I can educate and incorporate more activity into inactive lifestyles I could very well reverse the obesity epidemic that plagues Americans today. Don't forget to try the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge for those of you that are unable to train due to an injury which will also make the weight loss process that much more fun!
