I have driven by this place a few times and have always wanted to check it out. It is next to the new Cuban Revolution in the Rising Mills Lofts complex.
They are open for breakfast and lunch, and there are several things that make me want to go back. The inside decor is really cool - a little funky, a little living room feel, a little cafe feel - there is something for everyone. They also have an outdoor patio that is quiet and makes you forget the street you had to drive down to get here.
If you order lunch to eat in you get a free side of pasta salad. This was definitely a plus for me. I ordered my sandwich (with the help of the owner (I think)) - chicken salad, but when I received it there was no pasta salad. It did come with a bag of cape cod potato chips (way better than lays) and a pickle (always a good sign), so I didn't know if I should say anything - but I did. What I found out was that the pasta salad was in a serve yourself bowl on the other side of the room. This was a different concept, but that's one of the things I like about the place.
I wouldn't say that the food was amazing, but I like the decor, the service, the ways that they are trying to be unique, and the menu options.
I would definitely check this place out again. -
