I used to come here all the time since there was a sparse amount of Japanese restaurants in the area back in the day. It was pretty cool because there are rooms in the back with huge TVs and couches. You could go in and drink, watch tv, and smoke a cigar. I think they sold cigars back then too, but wouldn't this be against violations or something?? This was long long ago, and I don't know how it is now since I just go for the food.
The owners have changed here a few times and the food seems to have gotten better. I believe it's Korean owned and so their rolls are fairly decent. Their bento boxes are your norm. Nothing spectacular. People enjoy eating at the bar and talking to the chefs. The service here has always been friendly and I think a lot of people come back because they've had a good experience. I like this place better than Adami, that's for sure.
