Stayed here with my cousin a few days ago.  We were hiking in Ouray and then Telluride.  Cost about 150 for a room.  Highly recommend for a reasonable priced hotel. Not really 5 star but very nice.  Very friendly staff.  Great location.  Right near mountain and lifts if you were there in Winter.  Right next to great mountain stream that you overlook on the balcony.  Brand new flat screen tv's and very modern bathroom that was new.  Everything in Telluride is walking distance but this is a great location to walk to bars or stumble home as situation requires.  Not an original thought but I Love Telluride.  Cool earthy people mixed with rich beautiful people and all were friendly.
