Okay here is the ultimate ice cream challenge - somewhere between Boulder and Estes, Co., there is a small "unnamed" road-side ice cream stand that sells the "WORLD'S BEST" cherry dipped ice cream cones!  They are unbelievable!  The place, if you should choose to try to find it, is located on Route 66 and has a grocery store, Laundromat and liquor store attached to it. Okay so that's every road stop in Colorado. However, if you find this place, you will know what i am talking about! And, across the Highway you can enjoy your ice cream over one of the better views of the Rockie Mountains.  Good Luck!
