IBT Tech offers a massage therapy program, and they make their students put in X amount of hours doing massages before they are accredited.  A teacher "supervises" their work (in actuality, he just sits at the desk making appointments while the students work on the clients in the curtained-off spaces), and when they've fulfilled their mandatory hours (usually after about 6 months or so), they graduate and go off and start working.  My best friend told me about this massage therapy school a few years ago, and said they had the cheapest rates around.  This is true -- for non-students, the price of a one-hour massage is (if I remember correctly) $35.  Plus, they also give discounted rates for students and people who buy packages.

The massage therapists/students are pretty much a hit-or-miss, but some are definitely better than others (just like at regular massage places).  The down side is if you get a really good person, you only get them for a short while before they leave to pursue their massage therapy career.  Plus, their appointment availability is dependent on their student availability, so if they don't have that many students that term, appointments will be limited.

After the massage, you are asked to complete an evaluation form for that particular masseuse.  The form asks about the person's appearance, quality of touch, use of lotions, draping, etc.

For the price, you can't beat it.  Bonus point for the cutie teacher/supervisor, Alan, whose deep voice sends shivers down my spine every time I hear it...
