My daughter is finishing week two of camp at Hunters Chase Farms today. Marylaura is a wonderful person and runs a wonderful camp. The kids all have fun--they have a great relationship with the camp counselors/instructors. They all come home hot and sweaty and exhausted every day, but it is well worth it!! Having had a terrible experience with horses when I was a child I was a little concerned when my daughter asked to go. However I can say that it was one of the best activities she has ever done!! We will come back in the fall for lessons.

Just saw the new camps listed. Buyer beware! There is a lot of...we may do this posted and it also states NO Television or Cell phones. I am not sure if that means you can't bring 'em. I do know they have a huge TV set up in the bunk house and lots of movies are played. So they may not watch TV but they probably will be sure to watch movies. And the may do this, if last year has any bearing...it is purely dependent on what the counselors feel like and it was gab with eachother and play a heck of a lot of videos day and night!
