Finally, Matt is open in his wonderful new studio space. This is where he practices his magic. Yes, magic. Matt's expert knowledge of the body enables him to perform near miracles... raising this experience to a level of the divine.
Upon arriving at the Human Motion Lab, you wouldn't expect to find a place of rehabilitation in the dense urban environment. You walk into a large blue building. Imagine walking into a large piece of the sky and you are on your way to heaven. Upon entering the doors, you leave everything behind. You walk into a world that takes fitness, training and body knowledge to a whole other strata.
The environment is wonderful, especially at night - the walls glow with soothing colors. Matt extends his knowledge here by creating new and exciting programs I've haven't seen anywhere else. If your looking to return your body to an amazing state check out his Muscle Activation Techniques - he is certified. Check out his cage training and vibration training. Don't ask, just go try it. It is amazing. Your entire body will feel revitalized!

Working out with Matt is not only effective, he takes strength training to a whole new level.
