I own quite a few Boss pieces but hardly any from the Boss store. Perhaps it's due to the lazy sales people standing around doing nothing. Even with the renovation, the selection is sparse. Go to Nordstrom next door instead. Better selection, much better service.

I like Hugo Boss but loathe this store. Every time I've come to browse shirts, ties and suits I've been snubbed by the store's indifferent staff. I can't imagine what the non-commission salesman are talking about while I browse $200 shirts and $1000 suits but they've never offered me any assistance or even a friendly 'hello.' The last time I walked by North Bridge, I looked at the store windows, confident I would never set foot inside again. Ever.

This store has recently been remodeled and is now reminiscent of the Hugo Boss Columbus Circle in NYC. The suite selection has been upgraded, there is Black and Red label available, and new contemporary designs are there also. There is now a large Orange label collection on the first level with an extensive collection of pants.
There is now a large women's collection, with casual and more dressy wear available. Hugo Boss is true contemporary European fashion, and this store impresses.

Fashion is subjective, but for the modern guy, you can't really go wrong with Hugo Boss. They cover it all, from high fashion sportswear to classic suits.
I was at Hugo Boss last weekend buying a suit for a very special occasion - my wedding - and had an excellent experience with the salesman Ian. He helped me find a perfect suit and paired it with a great tie that I wouldn't have even considered. I'll look like a million bucks thanks to his help, and he turned me into a Boss suit man for life. Sure, it's spendy, but it's top quality stuff. And the service at this store in particular is excellent. You'll pay comparable prices at Kenneth Cole, but get hardly any attention from the sales staff. At Hugo Boss, they'll help you find whatever you're looking for.
You really can't go wrong here. Friendly staff, great clothes, and none of the "shi shi" attitude you'll get at other high end designer stores. Take note, Armani!

I like the way Hugo Boss stuff looks, and the service people are nice and professional. I recently bought a dress shirt there, but they didn't have it in my size, so the sales guy Martin takes down my info and promises to get back to me.
Unfortunately, he went out of town for a week before getting back to me and didn't hand my case off to someone else, as I found out when I called in to see what the deal was (-1 star). Martin comes back to Chi-town and tells me he can get it shipped from a Boston store and I say fine. It arrives no problem, but I have to pay shipping (-1 star, Nordstrom ships out-of-stock items or items that only other stores have for free, and given the week delay they should've given me free shipping as an apology anyways).
If Nordstrom had carried the shirt, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place, and now I know why.
Oh, and I want to meet the guys who can fit into their "tailored fit" dress shirts so I can do a scientific study on why they have no chest or shoulders. Regular fit is great though.

The great thing about shopping at Hugo Boss is you don't have to be a fashion junkie to pick something that will look nice. Their selection of dress shirts and ties is excellent. I haven't purchased any of their suits, but have friends that swear by them.
I was pleasantly surprised that they allowed an exchange of a 3 week old item when it disentegrated under my iron (low heat on 100% cotton... go figure).
Mr. Boss loses one star in this review because the clothing is hit and miss for durability. I like to think I take good care of my clothes, but I've had problems with 3 items. Additionally, the service is more hands-off than at most stores. That bugs me, but it seems to be a matter of preference for most people.

I buy most of my clothing at Hugo Boss- great quality! It's expensive, but everything I've bought there lasts a while so I can justify spending the money. I do shop in their store, but I buy a lot of their stuff at department stores (such as Nordstroms).

Some of the best ties and dress shirt. My closet is full of their dress shirts. A great selection and top qaulity suits.
I love the suits in here. Hugo has a great selection and nothing looks the same. The stitching might be different or it should fit a certain way unlike the suit you just tried on. I mean it's great but it's not cheap either. $500 should get you a nice suit. I've even seen $1000 suit some where in there.
If there's a special occassion, then this is the place for men to go to get all dressed up for it. Quality suits that look great! The service here is excellent...and the stuff is definitely worth the price!
Hugo Boss sells beautiful clothing for men. I buy most of my boyfriends clothes for him at Hugo Boss. The suits are incredible!
One of my favorite places for suits and dress wear. Expensive but worth saving up for
