Hate to tell you this but the tires on my used bike were completely shot and I had to buy new ones the day after I got my bike.  Not to happy about that development.  Be aware. Feel like they should have put new tubes in at least.

Huh, I'm a little surprised (and more than a little suspicious) of these one-review-only one-star reviews.  I've been back to Hub Station several times and have had nothing but good experiences.  I was unhappy with some of the original equipment on my bike, which George replaced at no charge.  He also loaned out a number of his bicycles, again at no cost, during the recent Summer Streets program, and has been active in trying to make this a better city for cycling.  Doesn't seem like such a bad guy to me.

My friend and I rented bikes there one weekday afternoon ($5/hr).  They found us the bikes we wanted (I wanted a basket and just a basic one-speed).  We rode for 3 hours and 15 minutes and they only charged us $2 for the extra 15 minutes.  Bike rental included a lock.  No complaints whatsoever.
