Eric made a very painful situation much better. I felt as if I was speaking to a friend. My brother had been killed in a motorcycle. bad people were in his house. i had to have them evicted finally. they were stealing many things from my brother's house incl guns and artwork. eric got me the videos that i needed for the police. i was having a hard time finding the videos to send to the officer. I left a message for Eric. Within minutes he phoned me and also remembered me. He sent me the infi again in an easy way to email the police. he will always be a person i would turn to if i needed help again.

I'm gathering information before filing against my landlord in small claims court. I spoke with Eric on the phone, he went out of his way to help me and give me a lot of helpful information. He was generous with his time and expertise even though it was clear I didn't need to hire him. That didn't matter, he still helped me. He referred another business that he thought could be a process server for me. What a nice person! And very knowledgeable!

I employed Hover View Investigations and Eric several times and with out fail without exception served my business and I correctly. My self, being in the security industry dealing with many clients who need protection and safety, had few chances to refer Hover View Investigations to some who had a need for a good investigator.
