House of Beauty Eyebrow Threading

I didn't catch the lady's name who did my brows this past Saturday afternoon around 2p but I requested to please work your magic and make them "thick". She DID THAT. I absolutely loved my brows! I have now found my go-to brow shop thank you TY!

Very disappointed in their business practices. They "got a new rewards system" and all customers lost their previous rewards. The system is not new, exactly the same company and check in process. The business just reset the system. Why even lie about it, it's more insulting to the customer thinking we actually believe you!
Additionally, the attitude of the younger woman. When she finished and said "is it okay ". I asked her to trim the hairs that are sticking up/out and she rudely said something to her coworker in another language (knowing we can't understand). So rude and still doesn't fix the hairs that are sticking out. No more business with them! You've been warned!

Seriously after Jenny left this place it's been a nightmare. She was the only reason this place had any business. Renu is the most unprofessional person ever. She doesn't even greet people when they walk in. I sat on her chair and told her what I wanted and she rolled her eyes and said "lay down" she literally took off all my eyebrows. I had been growing out my eyebrows for 2 months now because I like a more thicker brow. My brows were so thin I literally cried on the chair. She told me I came in with no brows and proceeded to cut me off and be rude. I paid for the service because she threatened me. I will never ever come back again. Renu needs to be fired!!!!!!!

First and last time here was recommended but not coming back the old lady at the first chair I told her clean my brows I had let them grown out please leave em thick she left one thick and the other one like is I'm in the 90's horrible service never again her service is garbage

It's really hit or miss. I just wish they would listen when you say to just clean up the eyebrows. It's happened too many times where they take off way more than was discussed. It's just really a bummer that they don't always listen. I've had some good experiences here...but today was one too many where they didn't listen and took off too much

I started going there about a year ago. The first time my eyebrows looked amazing. Little by little, there techniques have gone out the window. It's more like a hit or miss with any of the ladies there.

Awesome place! Fast, friendly, and they are al masters of there craft! This place trumps the rest! Best in the IE!

Coming in there was art and she was on the phone. she the. asked me and my friend to sign in. threading just your eyebrows it's $8. there is no prep or post threading services (such as aloe vera). it was quick and easy! and i'm happy with my eyebrows. she asked me after the first brow how i liked it which i appreciated!

Always amazing!! Renu is great at what she does! I enjoy coming here and am never disappointed.

Would not recommend you can either take my advice or not but I would not recommend this place she threaded my eyebrow to the point where my skin is scabbing I just have nothing to say good luck
