nice little hotel with decent breakfast. Hotel has a lot of history in Prescott. Fun place to stay and is walking distance from Whiskey Row
I put my parents up here before my wedding, and it was pretty awful. The bedding and whole place smells musty. The "breakfast" consists of Costco pastries and coffee. Everything is old, of course, but not kept up well. The air conditioner was impossible to navigate (I think it was just broken), and the paint is peeling. This place needs a major overhaul, and it would do well for one since the location is stellar.
This place has the POTENTIAL to be really, really good. Unfortunately, I don't believe the present owners and staff fully see its potential. I'm sure it was a wonderful place in its time. I hope someone will come along one day and transform this place into the 5-star place it deserves to be.
