Charming old-style hotel right on the town square. Downtown Prescott itself is rather old and charming - this hotel is Prescott defined.

Great deals, and the best place to stay if you're going to challenge Prescott's famous Whiskey Row! They even toss in a coupon for breakfast at their restaurant downstairs. This is far from a high end boutique hotel - more of a piece of history.

No ghosts that I encountered...

Classy name for a hotel - don't you think?

Creepy. Creepy. Creepy. Creepy. Creepy. Creepy. Creepy. Creepy.
Should I go on?
Granted, I am a scaredy cat and hotels that have a reputation for being haunted aren't my cup o' tea.
Yet, my mom still somehow managed to talk me into staying here and boy did I regret it.
It's not that anything especially scary happened (except for the fact that ANY time we would leave our room and turn out the lights, they would always be back on by the time we returned), it was just the history of the place and the spooky stories I've heard about it that gave me the heeby jeebies.
Although they've tried to modernize the rooms, the hotel itself is steeped in history and if nothing more, is a cool building to see.
Plus you can't beat the location if you want to check out the shops or nearby restaurants, just don't stay here if you're scared by things that go bump in the night.

the staff, the cafe, the location, the building, and the history are wonderful. unfortunately the rooms are teeny, loud, and a bit overpriced. they advertise free breakfast with your stay, but really it's a coupon they give you for $5.50 off their menu, which is overpriced to begin with. false promises piss me off.
