This is a great hotel.  Very fast and friendly service, rooms are large with flat screen tv's, although, we like the flat screens, but very few hotels actually hook up the HD - seems like a a waste.  Also liked the double shower heads as well.  They also have a complimentary car service, was really nice to be chauffeured to meeting in a BMW 7 series then a yellow cab.  We tipped him well and so on the return service asked him if he could take us to the to LUV field, after we checked out of hotel, without hesitation he said of course!!  Just great service.

I was in Dallas for a conference co-hosted by Morgan Stanley and since their Dallas operation was housed in the Crescent Club (building across the way) we were booking our rooms at $250/night at the Crescent Court hotel.  What a steal!  I checked on the web, the rooms ran around $550/night for a standard room.

The lobby area was beautiful, gigantic, spacious, and well appointed.  I judge upscale hotels on how well the staff and crew work with you upon arrival.

A bell hop took our bags, a manager directed us to check in, the representative at the front desk checked us in within 3 minutes.  Here's how a 5 star hotel operates:

- A bell hop escorted us upstairs to our room
- Opened the door
- Unloaded our bags,
- Walked us through our fairly spacious room
- Pointed out the mini bar, the view, the bathroom
- He offered to shine my shoes
- He called down to a restaurant to make sure it stayed open
- And a couple of other things that I can't remember

Bed: Nice large queen size bed, down pillows, pillowtop mattress, 600 thread count sheets

Bathroom:  Bathrobes, 4 towels, hair dryer, phone next to the toilet

Some pluses:  Large 40"+ flat screen TV, separate table/area for the misses to get ready in.

A gorgeous hotel, spacious rooms, a very classy establishment, and a a great experience.

Sooooo nice!  I love when the big pharma companies put me up in super nice hotels that I would never pony up the bucks to stay in!  Add to that the free booze and requisite partying with random strangers and you have my charmed job.  This hotel has friendly staff, beautiful rooms and gorgeous shops and restaurants.  I wouldn't mind if they sent me here again.

This is my favorite hotels in town because they basically have everything closeby!!!  The decor is classical french- barrowing architectural inspiration from the Fontainbleu castle...Nobu is housed here, Stanley Korshak is just next door and their SPA has been written about for its over- the- top services!  There's a pool in a quiet alcove and rooms whose windows could overlook  the Tour Eiffel...Simply one of the best Dallas has to offer!
