What a find this place is.  They had another location that I think may be gone now, but it was really cramped and never had as much selection as this one.  This is a great place to find a cheap, cute outfit.  And they will only order a limited number of each piece, so you know that your chances of running into someone else wearing the same thing are slim.  The sales people are actually helpful, not pushy, and have guided me to some really flattering outfits.
And then we get back to the purses......
I bought the cutest purse here for New Years Eve a few years ago.  The purse truly made the outfit.  It was one of those tiny Chinese food boxes made out of satin before that was the hot thing to have.  I was only able to really wear that purse out one night for obvious reasons, but it sits proudly on my purses shelf reminding me of all the fun things I could be buying at Hot Pink.

One of my favorite disposable clothing stores in Chicago (this is more of a summertime phenomenon, then in the winter they have reasonable sweaters and long-sleeve shirts).  Ladies, you know what I mean.  That sexy (nee slutty) top that you may wear once, but hey, it was $10, so no sweat.  Going out with the girls tonight and you need something fast?  Go there.  Once you wear it, you may not again (everyone would recognize it immediately - their stuff is memorable), but wearing Hot Pink is almost a guaranteed good time.

Great patterns and cuts - even for an old broad like me.  I scooped up a great wraparound dress and a top for $100, and they were among the most expensive things in the store.  I had to choose carefully since these darling kids have made me a decent candidate for a tummy tuck.

Lots of basics, great jeans, everything is a little funky but not crazy - nothing too skanky.  Fantastic handbag section in the upper section.  Staff is cool and down-to-earth, very helpful.

Not the best place for gifts, as you must exchange within 10 days - store credit only.

Great staff and great prices for what you can get.  Be careful of some poorly made stuff, but overall a great place for shopping.  I have gotten many of my staple pieces here and always enjoyed my experience.  It is also in a great location for other shopping so you can make a day out of it ...
Be sure to look out for sales as some great deals come along.

As a chubby girl, they really don't have a lot for me, but their funky handbag section is cool.  Plus on random Thursdays (I think the 3rd of the month) they have Martinis and Makeovers which is a great girl's night out and you get free spa treatments...even a free haircut.  Get there early though as there is sure to be a waiting list!

They have trendy clothing and good prices but everything seems to call apart very fast. I bought a shirt and in two weeks later it had a hole in it. The purses are very cute and so are the belts.

If you're looking for something new, I would suggest going here.  Their clothes are pretty nice.  But be careful there can be some really weird and funky stuff.  The clothes aren't real expensive, so you wont be bothered by prices!
