Five Stars for Jen Forrest, stylist extraordinaire!
Hot Heads is a cool little spot in Cherry Creek that has all the talent and none of the pretentiousness of some of the other CC salons. Tucked inside a tiny little bungalow between Burger King and Piatti, it's hard to miss. If not for the sign out front, you might indeed think some stubborn old lady actually lives there, having held onto her prime Cherry Creek real estate for the last 70 years as the shopping district just grew up around her.
Don't laugh... I've seen it happen. California Bay Area people know that little pink house surrounded by the Oakland Children's Hospital, right? Enough said.
But I'm getting off track here. Hot Heads is a great place to go for all your tresses' needs. Jen will give you a snappy cut, some fantastic color, and maybe even a perm if you're trying to release the inner mall chick that's been trying to get out since 1986.
Or maybe not. Don't push it.
Bonus: FREE PARKING!!! That's majorly huge for Cherry Creek. It's a teeny tiny lot in the back where you'll have to squeeze in three-deep and leave your keys with the receptionist, but it's there. In and of itself, that's worth an extra couple stars right there.
Alex at Hot Heads is very talented both in color and cut. She is also very professional and friendly.
