I can't say enough about Hot Diggity! We've been with them for over 3.5 years now. They are flexible, handle our last-minute requests and are very trustworthy. Donna and her staff are wonderful with our dog. He always comes home happy and tired. If you're looking for a dog-walking service, look no further! We love Jenny and Donna! Hot Diggity Dog Walking has looked after and walked our 7 year old rhodesian ridgeback for 3+ years. We trust them. They are responsive, they love our dog and we love them. The occasional video and dress-up days are an added treat. Thanks for the wonderful dog walking service!

Sofia, our Italian Greyhound, has been going on group walks with Donna's service for over a year now and we are very happy! Roxy is the dog walker that picks Sofia up every day and she is great. Sofia is generally shy with people but gets very excited when Roxy comes so we can tell she likes her! Roxy has also done some pet sitting for us and we have been very happy.
Donna sends us videos of Sofia playing with the other small dogs in her group and she looks like she is having so much fun! I would highly recommend this service. They are reliable, trustworthy and skilled dog people. I'm so happy we found them and that Sofia has some fun during the day when we're at work! -

We love Donna and the Hot Diggity Dog team! Donna came to visit our house before we signed up and had a scrapbook with pictures of all the dogs they've taken care of- she spoke of them with genuine care and affection, and immediately hit it off with our dog Whiskey. After the first couple of outings we got video footage of Whiskey's experience during the day, she looked happy as a clam fetching sticks and exploring with the other dogs. She is always exhausted and happy when we get home from work. HDD is the best- look no further!

Donna is the best! I brought home our rescue terrier mix Taffy on a Friday afternoon without any notion of what we would do when we went to work on Monday. Donna came to our home that Sunday and Taffy has been with her (and Roxy, our dog walker) ever since. Because Taffy was abused and abandoned in her past life she had some fear issues, and our behaviorist at SFVS even commented on how lucky we were to have found a dog walker who knew so much about dog behavior...We love Donna and Roxy! Taffy now has dog friends from her daily walks with Roxy while my husband and I are at work, and Taffy has been to slumber parties at Roxy's when we are out of town. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!

Donna and her team are fantastic. I've never used a dog walking service before and was worried about leaving my dog Winston alone all day while I was at work. Donna came to my house and reviewed her program, and then we tried it out. Winston LOVED it! He is doing very well with the mid-day outing and is calm when we get home in the evenings. Sometimes I am around when Donna stops by and Winston immediately drops whatever he was doing and races to the door. I can really tell that he loves his trips!
I'm new to the city, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I started Donna's program. I am happy to say that she and her team are very professional and truly care about the dogs. Definitely a great pick. -

Donna is running a first class dog walking service. we met her two years ago, and we have used her service since. Our dog Judy is picked up every morning for her daily romp with her friends, including Jewels, Spencer, Max and Lola.
As mentioned Hot Diggity Dog is an excellent service. Donna does a thorough check on her staff, and an excellnet staff she has. James currently picks judy and her friends up every morning. The dogs are taken to different locations, so there is a variety. We also get photo's and videos of the dogs on occassion. The video is like a report card, and we are not suprised to see that our little Judy not only ignores us when she is called......
Donna has also arranged to have our little girl looked after while we have been out of town. which has been a big help, We are able to leave town and not worry about Judy's care...
If you are looking for a dog walking service you can't go wrong by choosing Hot Diggity Dog, and teh price is right for the service provided... -

I was going to write a long review but instead I'm just going to say that Donna and all of her walkers are simply the best in town. My dog is never happier than when he goes on his walks with Donna or Keith. He has his group of dogs that he plays with at Crissy or in the Presidio. He gets to fetch, chasing the ball in and out of the water and he comes home exhausted and content. Happy, happy dog. Donna is so honest and fair and wonderful. We would never think of trusting our dog with anyone else.
I had a friend whose dog was lost by their walker. I've also heard that another company that is abusive to the dogs...Hot Diggity LOVES the dogs...you can see it on their faces when the come and go...they are just so happy to be out and about and playing... -

These guys are the best! I've worked with Donna and her team and they are absolutely fantastic. I've had several dog walkers in SF and none have had the professionalism and care of Hot Diggity Dog Walking! They take great care of my pooch, communicate flawlessly, have great rates and do all the things to make your dog feel loved! They're just outstanding!

Donna and her team are life savers! I have a tough time trusting my little bear with anyone but after meeting Donna and watching her interact with Yuki, I was very much at ease.
She comes home very happy, well behaved and I really enjoy the updates and pictures. I can't wait to have Yuki walked everyday.

Donna and her crew have been walking my dog for almost 2 years now. When I first moved to the city, I did a lot of research into dog walking services before deciding to meet Donna. My 100 pound lab is a big goofy dope, but he can occasionally be picky and quite a handful. Donna met me at home, gave me an estimate of what she would charge me and threw in great pointers for vets, pet stores and cool places to go with my dog.
Over the next few months, she became my pups' third favorite person in the whole wide world (after mom and dad, of course). He'd hang out right inside the door waiting to hear Donna's steps in the stairwell. She and I developed a good rapport as well, and she has always been very proactive about bringing up any issues she noticed (Mocha wasn't very active today - is he eating well?; Mocha is putting on weight - how about fewer treats?).
I couldn't be happier with the service. Unfortunately, we have just moved to a part of the city that Donna does not service. And then I got this great note from her. She had taken the time to call around and find a few walkers in my new neighborhood, vet the list and got back to me with recommendations. Who does that any more? These are great people, your dog will be very happy :) -

Hot Diggity Dog Walking provides wonderful, caring, reliable. Secure daily care for our dog. They pick him up in a van at our home, take him out to a secure park, or beach location to run and play off-leash for a full hour with a small group of other similar-temperament dogs, then return him safely, happily, and exhausted!
We have been totally pleased with the service Donna's company provides. Our dog is like a child to us, and we want him in the best of hands. Donna's service, whether handled individually by her or by one of the other dog-walkers she employs, is loving, safe, fun and reliable. Our dog has been going out with Donna for more than three years, and he looks forward to the van's arrival every day. When our dog has had health issues, Donna has been the first to help and identify them. In fact, during an emergency, she whisked our dog off to an emergency vet appointment and stayed until she knew he was OK. She has also been terrific at helping train and reinforce training. In addition, she makes it easy to get our dog to a groomer when necessary. I HIGHLY recommend her and her service. -

Donna and her crew are top notch. They are great with my dog and he loves them. He's always wiped out when he comes home so I know they show him a good time. I also travel for work spontaneously and Donna is always able to accommodate overnights on a moments notice. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Donna and her team are the best! I have been using Donna's services for over 4 years now - first with my precious pup Guapo that I had to put down last fall and now with my new puppy Ellie..
Donna truly cares and becomes attached to your dog. If it wasn't for Donna and James I don't know what I would have done when I was going through Guapo's lung cancer and treatments. James is responsible for extending Guapo's life - he noticed Guapo wasn't being is usual active self on their walk so Donna and James called me at work to see if they could take him to my vet, so of course, I told them to do so. As it turns out, that was the onset of Guapo's lung cancer and his lungs were filling up with blood and if we wouldn't have gotten him to the vet when we did and if they hadn't have drained his lungs when they did he likely would have suffocated. Through out Guapo's treatment they paid extra special attention to him and monitored his every move for me and gave me daily reports. I seriously don't know what I would have done with out them. Being at work all day - I needed that extra someone - and they were truly like family - even through his passing.
My decision to get another dog was made all the easier because I knew that I would have Donna and her team help me out along the way. Donna even helped me with finding a name for Ellie!! You can definitely count on your pooch to be well taken care of and loved by Donna and her team. They will become a part of your extended family and your dog is treated like such. I can not recommend them more highly!
Not to mention - her overnights are awesome... to have someone come to your home, pick up your pup up and have them stay in a home with someone that they see everyday and love! Doesn't get much better.. -

This dog walking service is AMAZING. As the previous reviews go into a great deal of detail, I only wanted to confirm that this is truly a wonderful service. My dog is essentially my child, and I spoil her in every way possible, including with Hot Diggity Dog Walking. I did a great deal of research (and interviews) with dog walking services, and I know what kind of hassle it can be. If Donna and her gang can fit you in, I suggest you jump at the chance, for your dogs sake.
