My brother had raved about this authentic Japanese restaurant that he went to with his friends, so me and my husband decided to try this place out. This place is really small, kinda cozy, so i thought alright we found a good place. We went there for lunch on a friday afternoon.... they had a good few tables there, but not crowded and no wait. I ordered ramen and a salmon sashimi and my husband ordered a don buri. It took forever to get our food, which was kinda disappointing considering they only had about 6 tables. Okay so about the food. The ramen was alright, but not much flavor at all... but edible. The salmon sashimi was horrible! I never ate a piece of salmon so nasty in my life! I do eat Japanese quite often and so i know my salmon. This jancky ass salmon was colorless and the taste was just bland! I actually had to spit this thing out! Fresh salmon has a nice bright orange color to it, but this piece of fish was really light colored orange, looked like it was ran under water and blotted with a paper towel. Really dry and crumbly.....  The don buri my hubby ordered was small and tasteless also. I was really disappointed especially when i was looking forward to some good japanese on my day off! No i would not go here again, and no i totally don't recommend this to anyone.
