39418 Fremont BlvdI'm not really sure how to rate thrift stores but this one deserves a high rating for it's convenience. It's right on Fremont Blvd where you can easily see it. The drop off is in the back and you can just bring in your stuff. People were friendly. The only bad thing was that I initially went inside to inquire about where to drop off my stuff but nobody helped me and I was standing at the counter for a couple minutes.
I recently moved and brought five trunkloads of stuff to these guys. They accepted it all. Yes!
I've also bought some very like-new stuff from here on the cheap. Thrift stores can be a great way to suppliment your wardrobe without cleaning out your wallet.

This is where I take stuff when I can force myself to part with whatever it is. Donations to them are no hassle and, of course, there is the tax write off. I've bought dozens of books here, although size of the selection varies widely, and last summer grabbed two pairs of shorts that quickly became my favorites. Yeah, it felt a little weird to be buying used shorts, but I could tell they were really good quality and the price was so low I figured I could just donate them again if they didn't fit, etc. They fit like they were made for me!
There is a good feeling about this place.

This is a good place to buy items and to donate as well.
Thrift stores like this are a great way to relive your childhood. If you are lucky you can find the same mixer your mom used or the same alarm clock you had as a kid.
After an illness I was forced to get rid of many items and put the rest into storage. My first thought was to donate my items to the Hope Station knowing it would help another person.
If you can't find what you need here then try the American Cancer Society thrift store just 2 miles south

Gotta give them 5 stars because when they saw how many bags of old clothes, towels, and bedsheets I brought them they never flinched, just let me bring them in and donate. All the other places gave me sour looks but these people were great.

It's fun coming in here and (for me) checking out the dishes... I like mismatched funky, shabby chic style dishes, and you can find some really pretty things here for less than $1 each. The people who work here are nice, too... it's a fun second hand store. I've also donated a bunch of clothes, including designer stuff... lol. I think Adrienne got one of my Betsey Johnson dresses!!!

One day my friend and I thought it would be cool to try thrift shopping, cuz, you know, all the cool kids are doing it. So we headed to Hope Station as destination 1 on our thrift-store list. Tried on some clothes and decided it was too weird. I mean what if whoever's clothes I was wearing died or something?
I thought I'd solve my issue by just getting jewelry instead, but I bought a bagful of earrings for cheap that I can't get myself to wear. Mostly they just sat around until I finally threw them away. My friend put on a ring and it got stuck. We spent the next 3 hours in the bathroom of the diner across the street soaping it up.
Yeah. So thrift shopping's not for me, but for those who enjoy it this is a great place - pretty organized with a wide selection.
