Wow. Gigi is even more gorgeous than the ring she sold us! We've been to 5 or 6 places jewelers and the moment we walked into her store, I knew she'd at the very least be a trusted source to find the ring that matched our vision.
I wasn't very sure of the style or cut that I wanted, and instead of pushing me towards the higher price or generic trends, Gigi took her time to show me different options and how they would look on my finger.
She also listened to the questions that my partner's mom had via FaceTime as she was a jeweler in the past and wanted to make sure we bought something of value.
We will be returning for my partner's ring as well because when you meet someone as genuine and kind hearted as Gigi, you can't help but give her all your business and refer other friends in the future! We are so thankful for you Gigi, you've made this process stress free and a great outlook on the future :-)

My partner and I began shopping this summer for her engagement ring and out of all the places we visited, this was the only unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

To keep things brief, the older man tending to the counter just said something completely sleazy to my girlfriend with me by her side as if it were perfectly normal, then proceeded to undress her with his eyes as I stared at him. It was so infuriating that I still cannot shake it off after all this time. I cannot stress enough how much I would NOT want anything to do with this business.

A diamond had fallen off my engagement ring and others were starting to become loose. It also needed a good cleaning. Gigi was very efficient and her pricing was fair. She brought my ring back to life! Thank you!

I had an old worn out looking 9 diamond 14k gold ring that had been sitting around for many years and brought it to Gigi's and she made my ring look phenomenal!!! Super happy with the end result and would come again!!!

Well I had to visit California, unfortunately for a funeral for a family member. My wife's watch battery stopped. I searched yelp and stopped at a couple stores and finally found someone that had the batteries but he wanted to ask a lot for this battery and literally harassed me about me replacing the battery, where I learned to replace them, and basically wanted to charge me to replace it. I found myself saying a little prayer because I figured I didn't have much choice. Well as I found myself dreading to go to this store and actually walking towards it. My prayer was answered, because I saw a store with a sign that said watch batteries, I told the lady/owner about my search for a battery. She asked the type and went to her back room and came out with two of the exact batteries that I needed. She sat them on the counter and I went into my bag to get my payment card. To my surprise, she said, NO Big deal, you can have them. She had no clue who I am or anything about me but her grace and compassion towards me made my weekend a little better, even knowing I was in town for this funeral. I am a repeat customer and have always been very happy with Hope Diamonds. Gigi is nice, trustworthy and provides outstanding customer service. The pieces she has made for me have all been beautiful!

We purchased a wedding band 4 months ago and started wearing it 3 months ago. I am retired, not in construction, don't lift weights and the band has already split! When we returned to the shop they said there is no warranty on the band and we were charged to have it repaired. I feel the product was inferior and the repair should have been covered. We talked to 2 other local jewelry stores and they said they said their store would have repaired the band at no cost since it was so new. Very disappointed in the service....
