I highly recommend Honda Peninsula Ducati. They are always friendly and provides excellent quality of service. I have had my bike (2004 Honda Interceptor) serviced by these guys for several smaller maintenance  jobs (special exhaust install, tire changes, auxiliary electrical systems installs etc) and came away a happy customer. The carefully explain options and their recommendations come across as objective and unbiased.

I have had my 1995 Honda CB1000 serviced here twice in the past 6 months. The service has been really good. They took care of a leak in the radiator the first time and did a basic service the second time. They fixed a rattling noise in the engine for free. This was something to do with the counter-balance and was present for so long that I got used to it. But, I don't miss the noise any more. :-)

A friend had a bad experience with a Ducat a few years ago, however, they seem to be really good on the Hondas.

Orginally searching for a Ducati Sport 1000, I walked into HPD and fell in love with the 1000S (red). I spoke with Jose Ramos a sales rep. about numbers, etc. He was a pleasure to deal with, not once neglecting to answer any questions or help me find a good fin. rate for this deal. He worked with me for about 2 weeks until she was finally able to come home with me.

Trust me, I tried to work with another reputable dealer in the midst of finding the best deal, only to be neglected with playing phone-tag, driving to the dealership and the guys are all on break, and the sales person I was supposed to meet up with, mysteriously disappeared before I got there, despite calling and confirming, I was on my way. I cringe thinking about how other people are actually dealing with them.

Better them than me.

Superior service.

I recently took my bike in for minor repairs - these guys were just wonderfully helpful, and they made time to get me in and out without even leaving my bike for the day.  Just wow.

I get my Ducati serviced here and they have outstanding servicing staff. They are far more professional and friendly than Munroe Motors. Prices seem to be fair.
