My first thought walking into the Honda Center, *There's enough silicon in this place to make a gazillion microchips.*

Went here to see Walking with Dinosaurs which I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed. Set designs, music and lighting added  to a great evening.

As for the Honda Center, Parking is a o.k . I suggest paying extra for choice parking. Paying more for lower level seating will also add to your event experience since the angle of the upper level seating seems pretty bad . As with other sporting arena centers, The food is average and overpriced. Arrive early  and eat at local restaurant is a better bet.

All in All, The Honda Center is a great place!

Walking with Dinosaurs 3.5 stars.
- .5 star for technical delays
- 2 stars for a dinosaur catching on fire
+1 star for the fireman extinguishing the fire and saving the dinosaur

Honda Center
~ A solid 4 stars

The City of Anaheim did themselves good by building the Honda Center (aka Arrowhead Pond).  This venue has been my choice destination for most of my sports and concert interests since I now live and work in Orange County.

With many concerts and Anaheim Ducks games at this venue under my belt, it is really hard for me not to rate this venue anything lower than a Five Yelp Star rating.

I can rate it against the cross town venue such as the Staples Center, but that venue is too far for me to say it is a favorite.

Other than their choice of the color green as the staple color of the venue, the Honda Center is a classy and upscale venue as compared to other places I have been.  I have been to many NHL venues across the country and most visitors will be impressed with what we have in our own backyard.

Although...I do have one gripe, $15 for parking....I found a better place to park for cheaper....NEEE NEER NEEE NEER NEEE NEER City of Anaheim!!

Again, I had no idea I'd ever be yelping about the Honda Center but here I am. My buddy had tickets to tonight's Ducks vs Blues game and since I'm still on winter break I said sure why not

Well let's just say I'm not exactly the biggest hockey fan in the world, but seeing anything live is always fun. This being my first hockey game and first time in the Honda Center I really didn't know what to expect but wow I was actually pretty impressed with this place. The parking was $15 bucks, my buddy paid for it but for an event that's really good, I'm used to paying $25+ for events out in LA.

We get a really good spot, and only had to walk for about 2 minutes before we were at the doors. I was a little thrown off when we had to be searched with metal detectors....but my buddy explained to me that hockey games can get pretty rowdy. Makes sense.

After getting my ticket scanned in, I was literally struck in awe how big this place is. the loops wrapping around the center are just chock full of vendors promoting their products, alcohol booths, food stands with all the junk food you probably don't need but HAVE to have at a game. Really nice flooring and it was VERY clean, I was just at TAO @ the LA Sports Arena / Fair Grounds and there's definitely a HUGE difference in the 2 venues.

Our seats were in the nosebleeds but I can't complain, they were on the house. Luckily my friend is a sports buff and any question I had he could answer about hockey, from the various penalties, to why they just throw off their gloves and get into fist fights (which happened tonight lol)

After the first period we were down 0-1 but I figure it's a good time to go to the bathroom and grab some of that food that smells so good. I was on the fence between their 1lb (yes pound) hot dog or their nachos grande.....I figure since my buddy drove and paid for parking I could pick up the nachos and let him have some if he wanted.

As far as stadium food goes this wasn't bad for the price I paid. $7.50 for a fatty bowl (why it wasn't in a plate or nacho boat i'm not sure) stuffed with vertical (I think they lined them up that way so you "get more") round tortilla chips topped off with a good helping of shredded chicken, beans, salsa, nacho cheese, sour cream, and black olives. It definitely was a great snack to have while watching the game. However they did do a little overkill on the beans and the beans weren't super great unfortunately

We climb back into our stands to finish off the last 2 periods. The center even had a "promo" going on. Anytime one of the Ducks is penalized (meaning the field has 5 players vs 4 players) and they "beat it" (don't give up a goal) everyone in the stands gets a free taco from Del Taco!! Well the game wraps up with the Ducks winning 4-2 and we get a free taco to boot!!! Not a bad experience for my first hockey game!!

My only gripe was the drunk row of people in front of us, they we're literally blowing these duck whistles alllllll game long. Not to mention during the 3rd period these guys were trashed and start dropping tons of profanity. Not cool when there's little kids around. I'm really surprised no one said anything...ugh

I've never had a bad time at the Honda Center.  In fact, I live in L.A. and I used to have Anaheim Ducks season tickets.  I miss going to the games on a regular basis because it's so far.  I've seen numerous Ducks games there (including several playoff games during their Stanley Cup run), Elton John/Billy Joel and R.E.M.  The stadium is still one of the nicer even though it's gotten up in years.  The club level is pretty phenomenal, on par with Staples Center.  I always feel safe here (they have metal scanners at the entrances) and it's a good environment for families, especially during hockey games.  I'd hesitate taking a child to an L.A. Kings game considering the riff-raff that attends those games.

It's a great entertainment venue but I'm surprised at how they packed the seats in.  First the seats are tiny and second there is NO walkway whatsoever so if someone in the middle of the row needs to go to the bathroom...everyone else in the row has to stand up and EXIT the row...and then do the same thing when the person comes back.  I know that these venues want as many seats as possible but they should be concerned a little about customer comfort since most of the tickets cost quite a bit of money.  Also, $15 for parking is quite a bit especially for Anaheim.  Overall, it's an O.K. place.

I love this place!  I went to a Coyotes game last week, and last night was a Ducks game.  This stadium is infinitely better.  The stadium itself is huge, in comparison to the Coyotes stadium.  Tickets are cheaper than Coyotes games, two tickets for $40 sitting on the third level.  You can't have a bad view of the ice in this stadium.  The only negative is $14 domestics, but that's too be expected.  But they more than make up for it with their intermission games.  Watching the hamster ball races was amazing!  Pretty much doing normal activities on ice makes it infinitely funnier.

Great game against the Lightning!  Way to kill it in OT!  It just sucks the Ducks aren't as good this year, but I'll be there cheering them on!

Word of advice: DO NOT park at the event parking at the hotel for $20, it's only $15 to park in the Honda Center parking lot.  Total ripoff by that hotel.

As others said there is cheaper parking  ($5) to be had if you are willing to burn a few calories by parking down the street (East) facing opposite of the Honda Center.  It's only a 5-10 minute walk, it won't kill you.  Also, you don't have to brave the traffic when everyone leaves at the same time from the main parking lot at the Honda Center.

I came here for Ducks game that my friend got tickets too and graciously invited me because her husband couldn't go.  Sweet, free tickets to the lower section ($54)!  Getting in the door was fast and hassle free.  We got there probably 15 minutes before the game started and we didn't have to wait more then 3 minutes to go through the security check.

The first thing I noticed was the chairs are smallish.  Only petite Asian girls and children can fit in them comfortably.  It's enough room for a full grown adult but there isn't really much room to move around much.

The Honda center is pretty clean, didn't really see any litter around and the mens restroom are well maintained.  The seating area was fully cleaned before the game and I didn't see any left over containers from a previous event.

Do yourself a favor and don't come here famished or thirsty.  Like any event at a stadium prices for food and beverages cost as much as the monthly income for people in certain countries.  DON'T YOU DARE! (unless you are just that filthy rich or absurdly hungry)

If you are going to a hockey game please remember to bring a coat or sweater!

Yay, im a fan, and let me tell you the ways on why... First of all, this is another venue that I usually get free tickets, and free parking for most all sporting events, which I prefer to see me some hockey..
Cool place, nice vibe all around, and love that the lower sections are so close to the ice. You can really see the game, and make out the players, especially when your getting these for free..So maybe I can't really complain. So Im not!!!
Also like that everything is around it as opposed to walking across streets to get to it, and parking in open spaces as opposed to inside a structure.

I enjoy going up to LA for games, shows, entertainment, etc. but I hate dealing with the crowds and the traffic. The Honda Center allows me to get my entertainment fix without the extra unnecessary stress. I've been coming here since back in the days when it was called The Pond for Ducks games and concerts. My most recent visit was for a Lakers 2009 preseason game. For that Lakers game, my seats were 11 rows back and they only cost me $73 a ticket. I could never afford these seats at Staples Center, which I'm guessing would run around $250-300.

The Honda Center is very clean. I don't feel dirt and sticky stuff walking around this venue. Also the bathrooms are well kept. This place may not be fancy like the Staples Center but it is still very nice.

Parking is fairly easy here. You can choose to pay $15-20 to park in their lot or find nearby parking for around $5-10 in a different lot. Each time I've parked in Honda Center's lot, I've been able to get out with ease. So much easier than most LA venues. Plus this place is conveniently located off the freeway.

I'm a fan of this place and will continue coming here for events. My next trip out here will be Thanksgiving weekend to see funny man Jeff Dunham.

This is an arena on contrasts.

First, upon arrival, I love the $20 parking at the shopping center across the street. Um, its only $15 to park IN the lot. Nice try. My suggestion, drive about 30 yards over the river and park for $5. The five minute walk will do you good, and you save enough for a beer or some nachos. Its also MUCH fast getting out. I was on the freeway before the line getting out of the Honda Center lot had moved 30 feet.

On the outside, this arena is beautiful. It reminds me of what a shithole Arco Arena in my home of Sactown is. Three concourses, but they are small so they clog up during intermission. The lines at the food stands (which includes Rubios, BTW) back up all thw way to the wall, so to get past you basically are playing a grown up version of Red Rover Red Rover.

The multiple concourses was nice, the gleaming granite is beautiful, and the staff are VERY friendly. But once inside the seating area, this Arena is just bland. I was in the nosebleeds, but still had a nice view of the action. The Ducks fans are morons, which I will review elsewhere.

I am not sure what was bland, perhaps the really uncomfortable drink holder digging into my things didnt help, but the walls here need some covering or something. This arena just reminded me of a Super Model. Pretty on the outside, friendly, but once you get inside and look around, there isnt much to it

Bottom line: Park down the street and save $15.

GO SHARKS!

Had a F-ing blast this past Tuesday!!!
Came here for a KISS/ Buckcherry Concert after scoring some freee tickets. The concert was awesome!! I gotta give it to KISS and must admit that  I thought I was not going to enjoy it not nearly as much as did...But this review is for the Honda Center and not the KISSconcert so:

The Honda Center was clean and security was visible and present EVERYWHERE. I had no issues getting either in or out, or going in and out of their smoking area (which is a corden off area outside of the center).

The staff was all around friendly and courteous to us. From the security at the door to the staff working at their food stands, to the staff in the elevators. Thanks for a great night!

The only negative thing I can speak about is their seats. These seats were TINY and I mean TINY. They did not recline and was really surprised how small they were, but eh after some beers its surprising what you don't care about while you have KISS blowing your eardrums out...

Parking was $20 (ouch!) but that was expected and we could have parked somewhere else, but whatever.

I went to the Ducks/ Red Wings game last night and was very impressed with facility overall. My only complaint was that I drove from San Diego to see the Wings lose! It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles like the staples center, but it didn't seem to have a bad seat in the house. When I bought the tickets I didn't realize how close we were going to be. We sat in section 227 and row "H", which I figured it was going to be alphabetical but I was wrong! We ended up being like 5 rows from the ice!! Great for hockey fans and I'm sure great for concerts.

Attended last nights game, Ducks vs San Jose Sharks. Getting into the parking lot was easy, or was it because we were there 45 minutes before the start of game?

As we first approach the entrance, we were checked with a metal detector, a good thing as it was quick. Then as we walked in, there were the ice girls that you can take pictures with. Available food, there was a good variety, as well as, drinks.

Our seat were on the west end of the ice, behind the glass, but the seats seemed small, or is my ass gotten bigger? Hummmm. These seats made the evening uncomfortable to get up between periods.

Now the bad part of the evening was getting out of the parking lot. It took forever, so this is the only minus against the Honda Center. Overall, a good time with the Ducks.

I was impressed by this place! Whyyy you ask? Because I can't help but compare it to the run down sports arena we got down in San Diego (which i have a lot of love for).

Entering the parking lot was a breeze since I got there early.

Came here September 2007 for UFC 76. I was very excited for my 1st UFC event and on top of that I got to meet  my favorite UFC fighter Quinton "Rammmpage" Jackson!!!

Unfortunately, we had nose bleed seats but it wasn't as bad since there were big screens everywhere so we don't miss any of the action. I really felt the energy from the crowd when the fighters entered the cage! The sold out crowd got extra hype when Chuck "Iceman" Liddell hit the cage. Personally I was rooting for Keith Jardine who ending up winning the fight by decision! People we're pissed since the Iceman was a heavy favorite. Aw well, Iceman should have avoided the leg kicks!

Great arena for sporting events, concerts (great sound system), and excellent venue for watching Chuck Liddell get his ass whoooped! RAMPAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

The circus was in town so we came here to watch the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus.

Yay's:

+ Multiple entrances to the Center.  This way the crowds are more dispersed and not everyone is trying to enter through the same entrance.

+ The exterior and interior hallway is clean and inviting.  Lots of stone tiles used.

+ Bathrooms look pretty clean and spacious.

+ Parking was close and relatively a breeze.  Enter from the north end of Douglass.  Avoid Katella and its busy intersection!

+ Even though there are signs that says "No outside Food or Drinks", the gate people hardly check through your bags and don't really care.

Nay's:

- The seats had no cup holders and were not all that comfortable.  It felt like the old school theater seats.

- $15 for parking.

Pros:   - Premier parking gets you in & out easily and it only $5 more
              than regular parking
            - Club level seat's in-seat waiter service
            - Wonderful customer service
            - The food was typical stadium, but better than I expected
           - The $10 red velvet w/ cream cheese frosting was the best
I ever had. The cupcake was perfect and not overly sweet.
It's at this small cart in the club-level lobby. I'd happily pay
             $10 again for that cupcake.

CONS:   - The view from club seats sucked. I saw Beyonce the other
and you could have put Ciara and I wouldn't' know the
difference. It was a good show, but all I thought about was
how it would have sucked more if I was at the more upper
level seats. I like the view better at the Staples Center's
version of club seats, premier seating. I'd rather drive the
extra hour to see a concert at Staples of Gibson Theatre.

My friends and I took a road trip to see our Sharks play the Sucks in game 6 on Monday night at the Honda center. The  Sharks lost and we drove back home to S.J. sad and confused? Our team totally sucked and now heads will roll. The hated Sucks will now lose to the more hated Red Wings.
The Honda Center itself was easy to navigate when drunk and had lots of different food and drinks to choose from. The bathrooms are on the small side, but other than that, its not a bad place to watch a hockey. I will be back next year to watch the Sharks because it seems that the Sucks can't sell out the building even after winning a Stanley Cup 2 years ago....Pathetic.

Honda Center.... Oh how could we possibly describe thee?

Well... for a hockey fan, it'd be like this.

After about 10 seconds from scoring the announcer comes on the PA system and says, "And the ducks score!!!!!!"  Now I recognize that this could just be a way to get the crowd pumped but I'd like to think of it as the announcer is sleeping just like the ducks were last night when they lost to the SJ sharks.

Went there yesterday for the Ducks/Sharks Playoff game round 3.  The concessions were good and scattered about.  All the seats were clean and had a good view, and the best part, there's parking lots around where you can park for less than the arena.

My suggestion is don't park at the honda center.  It's a zoo to get out.

My boss gave me free DUCKS  tickets and I noticed they were section 401 Row T, which doesn't sound very close to the ice does it?  Sure enough our 5 seats where the second to last row in the whole venue.  But as it turned out viewing from this distant location was not nearly as bad as I had expected.  We could definitely follow the action and feel the excitement.  So the lesson here is that even in the gushing nosebleed seats you should still be able to follow the game and have a great time.  Now if only the Ducks could get their season together.

I love the Honda center, but I must say I was very dissapointed by the turn out of Anaheim Ducks fans in their first playoff game. The arena that is normally packed in the regular season could not sell out if their lives depended on it. It didn't help that there was an Angels game and a Lakers game on the same night. Either ways, it is clear that southern california does not appreciate their hockey teams as much as we do in Nor-cal.

I do like the fact that I can get there early and not fight my way to the glass level for practice. Pre-game practice is my favorite way to watch your favorite players. Seeing their unique shooting drinks and routines they do to warm up gives you a different perspective as a fan. Ushers at Honda center are probably the friendliest around. Even when you are wearing an opposing team's jersey (Sharks), they will still treat you like a patron. I mean we also paid our way into the game, so we do deserve that type of treatment. Also the fans I wouldn't say are out of control, most of the glass level fans are kick back people. They wouldn't give you a bunch of drama if you are just there to watch practice.

I am looking forward to a better turnout to tonight's game. Go Sharks! Beat them quacks..

Went here for a concert I'm moderately embarrassed to say I attended.  Let's just say we had club seats that were not in the box.  It was cheaper and away from the madness.  I was surprised the Honda Center had people standing there to take your order for food/drinks and runners to bring them to you.  Of course there's an extra charge for that on top of the ridiculously expensive items.  Also I noticed that when people used their credit cards, they would take it away and make an imprint of it somewhere (of course telling you that's what they were doing).  That would make me a little uncomfortable.

The bathrooms were clean and nice up there on the club level.  And the tix we bought came with VIP parking which was super nice as we parked really close and was able to get out at a reasonable time frame.  Definitely would rather go here for a concert than to the Staples Center.

I've made a few trips from the Bay Area to watch the Sharks play the Ducks and overall I don't have too many complaints.

My first visit I paid $8 on Ebay for a ticket to sit in the nose bleeds.  Obviously the seats weren't  that great, but for $8 it is pretty difficult to be a critic.  This was prior to the Ducks winning the Stanley Cup and the section was fairly empty so I didn't get too much of a hassle for wearing my Sharks jersey.

The second visit was during the Ducks Cup winning season and the arena was sold out, however, there were quite a few empty seats around.  This time I paid $100 on Ebay for center ice tickets in the lower level 10 rows from the ice.  Of course the seats were great.  It appeared that the majority of the fans around us strongly matched the stereotypical persona of upper-class SoCal folk and were only there to socialize.  They were actually very friendly and were astonished that we drove 6 hours to watch a hockey game.

My third visit was when the Sharks clinched the Pacific Division and the fans weren't as friendly.  A lot of the negative comments directed to me were out of good natured fun, but some were pretty derogatory and abusive.  Most of these comments were delivered while walking through the aesthetically appealing marble concourses or while standing in line to use the urinal.

As far as the food and drink, it's all pretty standard.  Just the typical over priced drinks and hot dogs/nachos.

Parking is a mess at the arena, but as others have mentioned, just go across the street for $5.

Overall, not a bad place to watch a hockey game, but nothing too special.  You'll come across your typical idiot fans, but every fan base has those.

Somehow my brother always scores some free tickets from Goodyear tires. The previous time we went to the ticket office and got tickets. but not for that night, because they had sold out and since they were free, they had be rescheduled for a later day.

This time my brother had given us 4 tickets to see the Anaheim Ducks vs I forget who, but i do remember the date Jan 4 2009.

After a few Cazadores margaritas my wife asked me, How many more quarters are left?....I said, not knowing of course   "4 quarters per game". I kept wondering, why are people leaving early not knowing there is only 3 not 4!!!
Oops!!

I've "attended" 3 concerts here. Two Andrea Bocelli and one Sarah Brightman. These are classy acts unlike my usual white trash artists so I say I attend rather than "I seen" which is trailer for I attend.

Anyhoo, so long as you have seats in the bottom section just above floor, the view is great. If you've got the cheap seats, it really is like watching a concert from outer space. Even with binoculars. If you're with a gold digger like my smother, then you're gonna hear about the cheap seats for a whiles too so you may want to spring for more expensive seats.

If you're coming from LA, the traffic is obscene taking upwards of 2 hours on the 5 South so come early and be prepared. Why come here instead of the Staples Center? Good question. I'm not sure. For me, it's because the Honda Center emails me offers to buys tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Also, it's a nice venue.

P.S. Sarah Brightman covered Kansas' "Dust in the Wind" while dressed up like an alien. She also shrieked quite thrillingly at the end of "The Phantom of the Opera" while dressed like a 2 dollar ho. She's a genius and I didn't even know it.

Went to the Ducks v. Canucks game last night. I got my hands on 4 glass-side tickets. Being directly behind the glass was amazing.  You are right up on the action. Seeing the glass violently shake right before your eyes whenever the players banged up against it was intense. Some may prefer the bird-eye's view of upper seats but it was definitely an experience to see it at floor level.

Generally, I like the Honda Center because the restrooms are clean, it has easy freeway access in and out and convenient parking.

Okay, if I would have reivewed this place a few months ago, it might have gotten 4 stars. Overall, accessibility is easy. There are a number of entrances/exits that make it easy to get in and out. Definatley a high issue on my list. Overall pretty clean, good views from most palces.  The seats way at the top, though, are really high up.....can't really see too much. We've seen quite a few different things here....a few different UFC events and Lakers pre-season, mostly.

The thing that knocked my rating down to 3 stars is last time we went, they were OUT OF HOTDOGS!!  What the heck! What kind of sporting arena runs out of hotdogs?!  That's just sacreligous.

I have THE best wife. Ever.

For my birthday this year, she ordered tickets to the Affliction: Banned MMA fight at the Honda Center. WOW! I watched in awe as Fedor Emelianenko kicked Tim Sylvia's ass in 36 seconds. I cheered Andrei Arlovski on as he knocked out Ben Rothwell. I blinked and almost missed Josh Barnett send Pedro Rizzo to the mat with devastating left hook. I felt my ears bleed as Megadeth rocked the crowd. WOW! Did I already say WOW?

Overall, the Honda Center (formerly the Arrowhead Pond) is a decent venue for sports and music events. The parking situation's gotten better and more organized over the years. The food and drinks are decent (plenty of beer on tap). The bathrooms are fairly clean and well-maintained. The seating's pretty good and offers clear views of the main floor. The sound system's powerful enough to cause slight hearing loss when needed. Best of all, there's a steady supply of eye candy floating around the place (ranging from 'barely legal' to 'cougar country').

I'd give this place five stars, but my wife wasn't with me every time I've been here. She's the best...

As a hockey arena:

My biggest and only issue is with parking.  More exits, please!
Otherwise, easy to get to, park, get in, and it's clean.
If you pay for the cheaper seats, you have no worries of getting caught on cam.  Howwever, you will get vertigo accessing such seats.

make... some... nooooiiiiiiiiise!

I just saw the Jonas Brothers @ the HONDA center.
I literally wanted to commit suicide.
I have never in my life felt my ear drums explode...I had to check my ears a few times to make sure blood wasn't oozing out of them.
And it's not the Jonas Brothers I am annoyed with -- its their 1000000000029939300101099222090191011477473 fanatics under the age of 16 SCREAMING in my ear!

And before any of you start flapping your lips, I have little fans @ home, so I had to take them.

The Honda is not my favorite place to catch a concert...and my hatred towards the Honda definitely increased as I was surrounded by screaming teens jumping around holding "I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABY, NICK!!" posters.

Man...these are hoes in the making!!!

The Jonas Brothers were good...for the 3 songs I stuck around for.
Yikes.

I really like going here, but I am so used to calling it the Arrowhead pond.  I admit I never been to a Ducks game here, but I been to other events such as Wrestlemania 2000 which was fun and then did PBR two times with my brother. The turnout for PBR was low, but who likes the country stuff anyways.  The parking is probably $15 dollars, but there is also $5 parking near by, even though it is a hike, you beat the traffic getting out of the arena.  They do have a good selection of food and the seats are okay. The service is good and like any sporting events the food is overpriced, but what can you do.

It could be because I'm a Kings fan but its most likely because I'm a discerning human being who can tell a crappy venue when I see one.

The Honda Center is tiny and, as far as I can tell, has a really shitty parking situation. Luckily there's $5 parking nearby but paying for any ticket to the Honda Center is too expensive if they're anything over the cost to park. During hockey games, jerseys are sold in the middle of the corridors and the bathrooms have a very limited number of stalls. Also, according to my boyfriend, the men's room has about 10 urinals and individual lines at each one rather than a first come, first served rotation!

Most of my anger about the Center stems from the drunk teenagers who sat next to us. After bragging about their "two story house" (big things) they destroyed my boyfriend's property and wouldn't shut up the whole game. Their indiscriminate use of the word f****t was completely offensive and even other Duck fans were getting pissed off.

For a good time, travel 40 minutes north to the Staples Center. Its worth the trip.

Brought my friend here for a Coldplay Concert this week. Since it was our first time going to the Honda Center I was a little concerned on how the seating was...I wanted great seats, plus they love Coldplay and I wanted it to be a great experience for them so I got floor seats.

So when we arrived at the Center it appears that most of the seats in the stadium would be good seats. Except of course behind the stage!

Food & Alcohol was served (not just beer). The bathrooms were ok as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've read about CONS on the parking...which is only about $10 (that's inexpensive)....but we were smart and we took a Taxi to the venue which worked out great.

After the concert we walked across the street to a nice restaurant/bar which is where the party continued with people from the concert. This restaurant is in another review...

I don't ever want to have a good reason to come here.

I came to see Gwen Stefani 3 years ago, I sat in a vertigo-inducing seat, even though I paid well over $65.

Also, it took me 2 hours to get out of the parking lot.

I guess if you were here to see a game it would be ok, but definitely NOT a concert. No room to dance or get jiggy.

Nothing else more to say. 2 hours trying to exit a parking lot is traumatic enough.

Best place in Southern CA to check out a hockey game or a sweet concert.

Beautifully kept, clean building, and easy to access from a bunch of freeways.  Always have a great time when I come here!

This place was pretty impressive. I mean the seating and the service was great. I went here for a COLDPLAY concert and even tho we had floor seats... I think just about any other seat would have sufficed. Why? Cause the place is designed in a way where just about everyone can get a great view of the stage.

They also serve from popcorn, hot dogs to pizza and other "main dish" type of food.

The staff or the ladies that helped us were friendly and they actually KNEW the place. So no asking for directions 47 times.

TIP: Take a cab to get there... much more convenient and hassle free... they typically drop you off at the FRONT of the Honda Center entrance and the rest is a breeze!

Trying to get off the Katella Freeway exit is madness whenever an event is held here.  Luckily this place is conveniently located right off the 57.  The main parking area is just one whole space so trying to get in and out can be crazy.  I suggest you drive a little further where you'll see signs for cheaper parking offered.

I saw Josh Groban here and he was phenomenal!  The venue itself is laid out so that you can see the stage from all sides.  Everything is staggered so there really is no "bad" seat in the house.

So I've never really came here for an actual Ducks game. I've only been here for music. It's actually not a horrible place to listen to some good music. It's huge, the seats are just regular plastic uncomfortable stadium seating. Nothing too fancy.

I came here for the first time to watch Alicia Keys/Neyo/Jordin Sparks. First of all I should of parked in the $10 parking lots off the street, because its so much cheaper. We ended up parking in preferred parking without really knowing what line it was for, and it ended up costing $25! Total rip-off. Our seats were pretty nose bleed crappy seats. I could sort of see Alicia Keys, but I could hear her and she was amazing.

The other time I went to watch SYTYCD tour, and those seats were a little better, or maybe the stage presentation was different. It was definitely a great view.

Next concert I plan to go there will be for Celine Dion. I'll give an update.

You know the show "$40 a day?"

I am starting a new show.

It's called "$40 bought you WHAT?!?"

It's the celebration of all things that outrageously total $40.

Episode one

- The 11 gallons of gasoline at my local Chevron.
- The petite lobster tail at the Japanese grill.
- My never used land line phone bill.
- Two.  Count em'.  Two double vodka sodas at the Honda Center.

Hey Orange County, you can charge me $300 for Disneyland tickets, you can continue to break my heart when I watch The OC reruns, but I'll be damned if I am going to let you get away with charging me $40 for two watered down cocktails.

Episode two will focus on strip clubs and all you can eat buffets.

I am in the middle of research right now.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Insanity.

The security in this stadium is overkill and very annoying.  Parking is extreme close and easy in this one and affortable.
