After the first hotel we stayed in on this trip to CT, I was very impressed. The hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. (Though a bit odd they still had Christmas lights up at the end of February - but I saw that on homes throughout CT, so maybe it's a regional thing.)
Anyway, I had a junior suite (which is the smallest room they offer) and I found it to be quite spacious. I liked that it had a kitchenette, newer cabinets, kitchen dishes, a dishwasher, dish soap, etc.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was very weak, but it's a small concession. Next to the coffee maker they had some microwave popcorn (nice touch!). From 5:30 to 7:30 they offer beer, wine, and a light dinner in the lobby. (No room service or bar on site otherwise.)
Their breakfast was decent. Cereals, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, toast, waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit, etc. The orange juice was watery and tasted like tang. It was nice to sit and have breakfast by the big windows, reading.
There is a small (and expensive) "shop" in the hotel where you can buy anything you forgot (razor, nylons, etc.) and some food (microwave dinners, snacks, pop, etc.). A 20 oz bottle of water was $2.
There is high speed internet throughout the hotel and the shower heads have adjustable functions (pulsating, strong stream).

Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel is quite big and clean inside, but they really need to train their staff.
We checked in without problems and got a great room. We had a one bedroom suite, with a pullout couch. The kitchen area is nice as is the bathroom area. Very quiet.
The staff doesn't really seem like they want to be there. They didn't have answers for us about a shuttle they were providing for a wedding we were attending. They didn't know which room food service was being set up in for guests between the wedding and reception. They also did not give out gift bags that were sitting behind the desk to guests for the wedding. Just poor communication.
The breakfast was ok. But it was free. There is a belgian waffle maker and oatmeal, along with lots of cereals, yogurts, and breads. Not a great breakfast and the staff was always in the way. Even at 945, when breakfast ends at 10, they dont' need to refill the entire case!
The view is nice from the hotel.
