Stayed here on 10-2-11 to 10-8-11. I had a discounted rate with the association I'm with. It was $119 / day included complimentary breakfast and dinner. My room had a kitchen,fridge and microwave. My fellow instructors,students,and extended family hung out at the lobby several times.

I stayed here en route from Boston to Portland, ME with my grandparents and my sister. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property, the quality, and the value.
We booked at the last minute and paid around $200 a night (booked through http://Hotels.com). However, considering the following, this was a great deal:
- We were upgraded to a larger room just by asking. Room had two separate bedrooms both with KING beds and large bathrooms joined by a large living area, dining area, and kitchen.
- Rooms were incredibly clean, great linens, wonderful beds (firm), and a great staff.
- FREE breakfast and dinner each day and the food is pretty good
If you're traveling with a large group, a family with kids, or for an extended time, this place is for you because:
- Free breakfast and lunch (but get there early because there aren't nearly enough tables for the number of travelers)
- Two big beds and a couch that pulls out into a bed plus ample floor room and closet space.
- Pool and fitness room including an outdoor basketball court.
- Comfortably feeling and not at all pretentious like the larger/fancier hotels.
- Full kitchen to save money by cooking/eating in. -

This is a nice hotel and we were also the beneficiaries of a free upgrade to a double room without asking.
The free breakfast is exactly as good as you would expect from a free hotel breakfast, not any better or worse.
