We stayed at Homewood Suites for 5 days and 4 nights and enjoyed it VERY much.
We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 Queen beds and a pull out in the living room. The decor was very modern, nice sectional and LCD monitor TVs.
I liked that there was a Target right across the street and lots of restaurants to choose from. We bought food and cooked as much as we can at the hotel. Free breakfast every morning -- can't beat that! :)
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends & family.

--Added a $12/night parking fee.
--Not the hotel's fault, but this place seems to attract idiot guests who've never eaten breakfast in a buffet setting before.

Normally, I would have given the Homewood Suites 5-stars. But, I am in a stank mood now after writing my review for Payless/Fox Car rental and the furniture was falling apart in my room at the Homewood during my last visit there.
But, I have stayed at this Homewood on three different occasions and the service is always EXCELLENT! The Price could have been better...especially since some of the rooms had been renovated (like the folks we met at the pool had flat screen TVs and all the perks) and I had a crappy room!!!!
But, like I said the service is STELLAR the breakfast selection is great and the happy hour (only M-F) is really cool!
I don't plan on staying anywhere else when I visit Disneyland. I have a fondness for this place that ain't going anywhere. But, next time, I better have flat screen TVs..I know that much!

I just wanted to add that as a "family-with-kids-going-to-Disneyland" guest, the only drawback I saw to this hotel was that they did not have a shuttle service to Disneyland and it is not walking distance (especially after a looonnnggg day)....
You can purchase tickets for the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) buses that make loops by this hotel or you can park at Disneyland. Parking for us came out to the same as buying bus tickets ($12), so we parked at Disneyland and ended up walking more because the parking was full and we ended up at the farthest lot w/o a tram.
Also, there is a Target directly across the street from this hotel, perfect for last minute purchases (ours was sunblock....)
this is the only place i stay whenever we give Disneyland a visit! the first time i stayed here was when i was 10 years old with my family. 10 years later, my husband and i stay at this hotel many times! just recently we had a couple of our friends hop along with us to la so staying at homewood suites was the best deal because it could take in up to six people per bedroom! FREE breakfast & dinner! thats a deal!
ive become one of their regulars because of the numerous times ive booked here. Magoly, who was the front desk that checked us in, was nice enough to find a ready room at 7:30am!! shes so sweet!
i would choose any homewood suites over a hilton any day, because homewood suites do take care of you and provide a whole size kitchen and food!!
this is a good location: a Target, restaurants, & a mall within the 5 mile range. not to bad!
