I've stayed here too many times to count for work. It's within walking distance of the facilities I frequent, and also some really tasty restaurants.
Every time I've stayed here it has been consistent. I like that. I know exactly what to expect and thus far have not been disappointed. Free WiFi always works, bedrooms and kitchenette always spic-n-span.
The gym is a bit lacking, so don't go there expecting to experience a full workout every day. Some of the machines are in dire need of repair and maintenance, and the room itself needs a steam cleaning as it smells like my dad's dirty socks.
I've had one problem - they double booked a suite and had no other available rooms. After some indifferent "oh well" type suggestions to tired travelers, the manager finally booked a room across town at a new hotel. It was irritating, but I've not removed them from the A list for now, as the convenience and consistency far outweigh the one error on their part.

Great place, studio apartment-style rooms, kitchennet, nice firm beds. Recommend this business hotel over Marriot's Residence Inn for govt/corp travelers.
