I always drive by and admire Jesse's tasteful and inspiring window displays. His shop also has a cool vibe. Sometimes I feel awkward walking through antique shops alone. This shop is so full, it's hard to navigate if there are more than a few people inside. So, I am saved of that awkwardness. I went in the other day, and found a vintage tablecloth. I spent some time, hanging out with his cockatiel. It brought back pleasant memories of my cockatiel, Sandy, who I got when I was a little girl. I stayed around after my purchase and chatted with Jesse. I really enjoyed my conversation.

Homestyle rules. I picked up a really cool antique record cabinet for $125. I'd been looking around for awhile and thanks to a fellow Yelper I was directed to Homestyle.
The record cabinet will be housing my favorite vinyl.

Interesting selection of new and antique home things. I particularly liked the furniture room past the garden area, and thought that the prices were reasonable (if still out of my range) for beautiful old bars and cabinets.

Driving home Saturday afternoon after lunch with my husband, we saw this corner with some fun antique-y furniture so we stopped. We had a really nice time just browsing and stopped in Homestyle to purchase a meditating buddha for our backyard. Their little garden area was charming and had these wonderful great pots filled with plants and water and those little mosquito fish. What a nice way to spend some time on Saturday afternoon.

Owner, Jesse is really cool and a pleasure to talk to. Good selection of collectables and artwork. Some of Jesse's work is hung in the store, ask him.
Take the time to walk around inside and out!
