Fucking dirty.
I would take a shower and walk on the carpet barefoot and the bottoms of my feet would be black a minute later, that's how dirty this place was.
One of the mattresses had blood on it. Either from someone that died in it or some woman that.... let's not think about that, I am much better off thinking about someone dying in it.
Broken A/C that soaked the carpet with water.
Dirty shower.
No elevator.
Broken light in bathroom.
Rip off laundry room with dirty washing machines and dryers and a vending machine that ate my money.
Stay somewhere else.. this place sucks ass.
What a bunch of ASSHOLES!! the property was clean and the rooms were small but nice to a point. First off no coffee pot for the coffee maker, when I asked for one they said they would be right over but never showed. Lock on the front door was broken and we didn't notice it till the next day, went out foe 6 hours and left all our stuff there which could have just walked out. I mentioned this to the staff and the guy at the front desk laughed and said it would have been a bummer if our stuff had gotten stolen. they moved us to a new room that had no dishes or pots for the kitchen but at least it had a coffee pot. Went to make coffee in the morning and found a used coffee pod in the basket that had molded over. I like this chain of hotels normally but the service was horrible and rude and the extras which we paid for were sub par. I would advise against staying here and go to a much higher quality place like Motel 6.

I've stayed at other Bay Area Homestead Village Suites and this one was the worst. A great location off the 85 is actually not-so-great, with around-the-clock traffic noise.
