hOM Yoga does a fantastic job of melding modern aesthetic with home-style warmth.

From the color palette filled with greens, browns and oranges to the flowing mural in the studio to the complimentary herbal tea and the classy jewelry selection, I can't help but feel good whenever I walk into the studio -- whether it is to teach or to practice.

The space is clean and inviting.  And the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and offer a variety of practice styles including all level vinyasa, gentle flow, restorative, yoga for athletes, yoga for mommas during and after pregnancy, kids yoga and classes for the whole family to practice together.  There is something for everyone!

Yay for hOM Yoga!  I only wish it was closer to my home in the East Bay, but it's a great reason to explore a new neighborhood.  I am so glad that Caley and Erin (the owners) have created such a wonderful yoga space and family!

I subsequently called again and left a voicemail message. No response.

I have since notified the Better Business Bureau and still, no response.

I guess they no longer exist, and there is no way to get my money back. It's not the dollar amount that bugs me, more the principle.

Isn't it ironic though? A supposed relaxing experience turns into a worrysome ordeal.

Hom is everything you could want in a Yoga Studio and more.

It's brand new and the space is beautiful.  Caley, one of the instructors, has been such a gift for me.  Being brand new to Yoga just two months ago, she always works close with me and is very hands on in a way that has students comfortable from the minute they arrive.

I can't believe how amazing I feel after every practice!
Thank you Hom and Caley for making Yoga a wonderful addition to my life!

I took a mini break from Laughing Lotus and had a refreshing (and personalized) session at hOM with Melody as I was the only student in her class.  The yoga studio is modern, clean, and new - and is located inside Due Maternity.

I just took a really fabulous restorative class with Heather Hana at Hom (the Sunday 6:15 class).  The studio is spacious and sparkly clean, the props are brand new, and the class itself was wonderful.  Most restorative classes are a series of poses with a lot of wasted setup time in between; this one was sequenced so that we moved from one to the next and maximized the amount of time we spent doing, well, nothing, but the best kind of nothing.  I'm totally blissed out and feel all bendy like a noodle...a great way to end the long weekend.   The studio is a bit hard to find (its actually located inside Due Maternity) but worth looking for!

Hom Yoga is great. Its brand new and the teachers there are all so very nice.  The space is very relaxing and has a great design. Everything from the lighting to the colors and the lavender filled bean bags to put on your eyes during meditation. This is by far my favorite yoga studio I've been too.

I live in the Mission and I ride my bike over to Laurel Heights to do yoga. The bike ride is a nice warm up and its all down hill on the way back :P

Christine is a fantastic teacher. Very warm and talented. One of my favorite classes is her Meditation Flow class. I feel so at peace when I am in their space. It really is a Hom away from home.

I'm actually a little reluctant to Yelp about this studio because one of the reasons it's great is that it's small and intimate... but business is business and I really want them to do well. I haven't done yoga in years (babies suck up all your free time) but being a wound-up stress basket isn't helping anyone. I've been to Justin's Vinyasa class (got a great workout and still sore) and Erin's Restorative (OMG. that's all I can say. try it!).They are both attentive and great teachers. Tell your friends about this wonderful place because I think it's fantastic

    Welcome hOM...

That is the what I hear every time I leave my often stressful work life and enter the beautiful organically modern studio that hOM Yoga just opened near Laurel Heights.  Everything about hOM transports me away from my busy life to a place where I can focus on myself...which is rare!

    Welcome hOM ATHLETES...

For a guy who has played sports all his life, I have found yoga as a way to stay strong, repair muscles, and prevent injury.  hOM offers a fresh range of intro - intense hatha (strength / cardio with motivating soundtrack) that builds my vital core.

For my recovery, they offer restorative yoga with light massage and cool music, which realigns my body and recharges my mind.  This one-two punch keeps father time in check and me doing sports I love.

    Do Yoga at hOM...

With an exciting menu of classes and teachers, my practice will stay fresh and versatile.  Erin and Caley have started a new young movement of fresh yoga in the city!

WOW! I loved my experience at Hom Yoga.  The room is clean, smelled fresh, and the colors are soothing.  I took Erin Lambert's class on Tuesday afternoon, and she was a wonderful teacher.  This is the first yoga class that I've taken in SF (formally a so-cal resident) that I liked as much as the class I took in Venice, CA.  I highly recommend trying a class... and, if you're new, it's only $20 for your first 3 classes!!! Thanks for such a great class, Erin :)
