Excellent experience, friendly, clean, knowledgeable and most importantly nice. I have purchased and series and have had nothing but a positive experience. Fatima offers lots of information, a comfortable environment and as much or as little attention as you need/want. When dealing with such a "sensitive" procedure/topic, it's nice to find a place where you feel completely comfortable and safe, this is the place.

Fatima is AMAZING. Anyone who disagrees is crazy. She makes the entire experience comfortable, relaxing, and dare I even say it...fun! She is hilarious which removes any tension or anxiety from the experience. She is incredibly informative and helpful as well, without ever trying to sell you on something you don't need. She has become a dear friend and I cannot recommend her and her services enough! You will feel radiant!

How can you not love Fatima? I had been meaning to give her a call for the past 2 years. As my 30th birthday rolled around, I figured it was finally time to call. I never thought I would say a colonic is pleasant or enjoyable but it was. First of all, Fatima has a great energy and warmth. Any uncomfortable feelings I had instantly went away.
Without going into details, you know what goes where. The music and aromatherapy will help relax you. She has plenty of poop books to keep you busy. Or you can watch your poop go through a clear tube. It's strangely hypnotizing, kind of like watching a car accident.
I recommend colonics to anyone. Your body will thank you. -

OMG, I want to adopt Fatima. Fatima, will you be my Mama? Or at least my Mama in LA?
So... before you Yelp!ers read any further, I should warn you that, in case you didn't sniff it out (no pun intended) from the other reviews, I am about to review my colonic experience.
Yeah I know... (listens to awkward silence in the room)
...but actually, once you get over the idea that this is a procedure that could be very invasive to a very private, usually-taboo-to even-your-doctor area... the awkwardness goes away. Seriously. This is by far one of the best ways I've discovered to cleanse my system, clean the pipes so to speak, and though yes I was TERRIFIED at first, now that I've done it... I'm not sure what took me so long.
Fatima is one of the best holistic practioners I've ever met. Very professional and organized, and yet also charming and funny. She put me at ease right away, and even held my hand and coached me through when I was feeling nauseated halfway through the experience (my fault for not breathing properly, not hers). And the results are incredible - I just had my first colonic this weekend and already I'm feeling lighter, more energetic and my skin has cleared up.
That said, the difference between a colon cleansing that will having you coming back for more versus one that could traumatize you for life is all dependent on the practitioner. PLEASE, this is coming from a self-confessed penny-pinching frugalista... don't cheap out on this one. I mean if you decide to get it done, YES they are really going to stick a tube down there and YES you do want someone as professional, knowledgeable and patient as Fatima and YES it is worth paying the premium for someone of her caliber. So why not just go visit Fatima instead?
And seriously, she is NOT expensive. Out of respect for her business I won't mention numbers here, but let's just say she's very realistic about people's means to afford these treatments and will work something out with you if you really want to try this unconventional but very effective procedure. She's very much motivated by providing wellness to her community and is very reasonable with her prices.

After several weeks (yes, weeks) of extreme pain, discomfort, and maybe just a little bit of crying, I finally decided to throw in the towel and book myself a colonic. Better than going to the E.R., right? Anyway, Fatima is absolutely wonderful. Great coach, very gentle and supportive, and really knows what she's doing.
Colonics. I know, right? Gnarly!! But seriously, I would highly recommend it to anyone, even if you don't think that your body "needs" it. This has been a life-changing experience for me. I've been there twice in the past week, and already seeing terrific results. -

Why why why did it take me some long to go to Holistically In Tune? I can not tell you how incredible my colon hydrotherapy was, I had all these misconceptions in my head about how it was going to be and I was totally wrong. Let me start by saying that Fatima is awesome, she is so well-informed and has a great 'bed' side manner. She talks you through everything she's doing and provided aromatherapy to boot! She also suggested some supplements and books for me to read. If you are a colon hydrotherapy 'virgin' like I was, please know that you are in excellent hands at Holistically In Tune. I highly recommend.
Also Fatima is a certified raw food specialist so she can help you with nutrition needs as well. -

I don't write reviews unless I feel pretty strongly about things, so I'm mainly on yelp to write about what I love most. But unfortunately this isn't one of those things.
I too started out really loving Holistic Life, and had I written this review a year ago I would have given five stars, especially when I first started going. But since then I've had so many better experiences of colonics that I just don't feel the same way.
I think the business is run very poorly and know a number of people who have had similar experiences: everything from credit cards being charged without permission to rates being changed last minute and even several last minute cancellations.
I think Fatima is a great person so it's hard to say that the truth of my experience with her as a business woman has been disappointing. As far as the other more positive reviews, I'd question whether these people have been going to see her on a consistent basis for an extended period of time because to me, that's when the problems started occurring.

I've suffered from constipation off and on due to poor diet. I've been going to Fatima for about 2 months and I feel much better. She has given me a few tips on hydration and eating better which has helped tremendously on my own and during our sessions. She is really warm and kind. She takes her time with you and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. She talks you through the process and easily answers any questions you may have. The ambiance is very relaxing and calming. I thought I would feel embarrassed but not at all with Fatima, I find myself actually looking forward to our visits and I'm guaranteed a few laughs each time!

I have had colonics elsewhere and Fatima is just the best! She is informative, kind, awesome, and just everything you could want and more. I have been doing this for years but she is the first person EVER that I let stay in the room to rub my belly. Somehow she just makes you feel more comfortable in a very.... uncomfortable setting. I went years without a colonic after moving to LA in fear I would get a bad one. I am so happy to have found her and HIGHLY recommend her to any/everyone.

I've had a quite a few colonics over the years, and I have to say being in Fatima's spa is the best one so far. This colonic is different than anything I have ever tried before because it is called a "Gravity" colonic - translation: easy on the body and psyche. Fatima's bedside manner is gracious and humorous. I never felt embarrassed about being in such a vulnerable situation. It is obvious that Fatima loves what she does.

Fatima has made a world of difference in my health. Her treatments are deluxe with aromatherapy, reflexology, and delicious coconut water at the end, to help restore electrolytes. She has a very calming presence and offers sound advice as well. Can't wait to return!

My highest recommendation wouldn't do this woman justice. I called Fatima at 930 in the morning on a Saturday looking to make a last minute appointment. Not only did she squeeze me in but also, I was 15 minutes late (I know, don't judge me) and she was still able to provide me with the full service. She made feel unbelievably comfortable and I felt as if we were old friends. Her offices color the deepest corners of your mind with fresh and natural scents, live plants and earthy colors. It has great energy. It's truly an oasis and if you're a first timer like I was you will really appreciate Fatima's bedside manner. Love this girl and wouldn't dare trust my colon to anyone else ;-)

Fatima is amazing! I'm so glad that I found her. She is professional and incredibly sweet. Makes you feel comfortable and right at home. She comes highly recommended by Natalia Rose (raw foods guru/best selling author). I found Holistic Health listed on Natalia's website and knew I was in good hands. Fatima takes all the worry out of the process and her equipment is top notch.

I've had problems with digestion since I was a teenager... Fatima promised that after a few sessions with her and following her diet she mapped out for me I would feel a huge sense of relief and a change. I've got to say... I have felt neither. I've tried everything there is to try under the sun to help my sensitive system, and this one didn't work any better than every other fix. If you have a real digestive problem that nothing seems to fix... this doesn't work either. It's expensive, uncomfortable, and unsatisfying.
