This is a decent hotel. It's in an area with a bunch of moderate hotel (they are pretty much your last choice before one heads into the Columbia River Gorge via the Portland-side.
For this visit we were lucky that the hot tub was functional (we'd been there once when the Gorge-winds put just about every leaf, bark, and dirt into the hot tub!). We stayed in a Family suite which had 4-beds. It was nice.
The hotel is pet-friendly, and there are some areas somewhat nearby to walk your pets.
For shopping there is a outlet mall across the freeway. Other attractions is the McMenamin's Edgefield a couple of miles away as well.
The staff has always been nice and accommodating.
Oh, be aware that there is a small airport nearby, so you may be awakened by helicopter or Cesna engines if you're trying to sleep in.

Its like really hot in there a bit. The pools steamy, and small...
But, the rooms are nice, and warm, even on the rainy day i stayed there. The furniture, is comfortable, check out the fire place in front!
