Since we are Priority Club Members we were expecting to get a goodie bag, as is custom at HI Express. Not only was there no goodie bag but the internet is slow. The rooms were clean and the lobby was nice, however that goodie bag is really important. The HI Express in Santa Rosa was the best so far. So we say 2 Stars "Meh...we've experienced better."
