It's 4:00 am, you haven't slept (meaning you're dead tired), it's pitch black, where do you go? The nearest Holiday Inn!
It's a fairly new hotel, which I always prefer. The exterior and interior is average, but pleasantly nice to a pair of sore eyes after a long night of driving at 4 am. There was no one at the front desk even after calling out for somebody. Finally, after using a random phone in the front & calling the front desk, someone came out of a nearby room. Check-in went smoothly and we were happy to know there was complimentary breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was decent. There is also free Wi-Fi.
The rooms looked nice at first glance. The cleanliness of the place, however, was less than satisfactory. The showers weren't scrubbed clean and I question whether or not the maids even changed the bedsheets. My mother said they weren't changed at all because they were wrinkly. But my guess is that maybe they were changed, just not pressed. I would not stay here again unless I have no other choice.
