This staff at this hotel is so friendly, it really made the stay pleasant. Combine with that the homey feel of the place (pantry with homemade ice cream available at all hours - what?!), the clean rooms with very comfortable beds, and the pet-friendly accommodations that go the extra mile (treats at the front desk, poop bag dispensers on the grounds)...and it's really a great, affordable choice in the Asheville area. The setting is serene, and it's only about 10 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate.

While en route home we stopped here for one night to take in the sights of the area.  We arrived early - 10:00 AM, so I thought I would ask what time we could check-in.  The front desk called to see if our room was ready and allowed us to check in early.  In my travels, I cannot tell you how many times I have asked to check in early, only to be denied and told to come back at 3:00.  The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable.  This property is "Pet-Friendly"  and is in a good location. . . .10 - 15 minutes from the Biltmore Estate.
