Booked a reservation here through Hotwire, so it was a total roll of the dice, but a fantastic price ($79/night). Front desk service was courteous, rooms were clean.
We had a king room -- nice and large, with a small sofa and chair as a seating area. They pepper the bed with the small european pillows, which can take a while to get comfortable with.
Layout is a bit of an odd duck -- the hotel itself is only 2 stories tall, but spreads out over quite a large area.
For a Hotel chain that prides themselves on service and friendliness - shame, shame, shame... It started off bad and ended off worse. I was on my way to the hotel, but my directions were lacking clarity (blame Google map directions - another posting) so I called the hotel for directions only to be told I didn't have a reservation which could not be because I "PRE-PAID" for my hotel stay. The woman insisted I didn't but I knew better and got the directions and showed up at the hotel. At the desk for check in again told nope no reservations, not me not the bride not the groom, not anyone from the wedding party NO ONE.. OK how can that be - I go over to there business center - retrieve my confirmation email and holding it up to the check-in girls face I say - OK your wrong SEE my reservations!!! Oh my yes, I see (ugh) and we get our room info key and go to our room. No real issues with the room it was a clean room - nuff said. Next morning - under the door slides the invoice which is wrong - I say OK we will straighten it out at check out and go for breakfast - food at the breakfast bar was not eatable!! We decide to order off the menu - when it came it was lacking taste texture and color - so we pass and go to check out... Now I try and straighten out the billing error (of course I was over billed - why would I complain otherwise) They actually try and sell me on this - Oh the bill you paid on line is an estimate and is subject to change and also does not include taxes and fees - Hmm this confirmation I have says TOTAL BILL - so yea it includes everything. No she says sorry that's not so - I say Miss, I prepaid for my room at this rate which includes taxes etc - this is what I authorized you to charge my credit card and you did so I am paid you cant change it later and say I owe you more!!! Long story short they refused to see the light so I leave and call the 800 # and they fix it and refund my money. Too much hassle for no reason - never again too many hotel choices to play games with ma money!!

Stayed here for a wedding. Decent hotel at a decent price. Service was prompt and the rooms were clean. Nothing extraordinary but, definitely affordable.
