I stumbled upon this diner looking for a bar, which seems to be how I've found quite a few interesting locations in Saint Bernard Parish. This is a smallish diner, with probably about a dozen tables and as many bar stools. Beer is limited to Budweiser and Bud Lite, but the menu has a nice variety of selections.
The atmosphere was cozy, owing in part to it's relatively small size, but also because, at the time of my visit, there was just one waitress on duty, efficiently taking all orders while keeping up a friendly and personable attitude.
I wasn't feeling especially hungry, so I just ordered the special of the day: a bowl of seafood jambalaya, which was very good. If I have the time and am planning on being in the area, I would return to try out their other selections.
