HMS Plumbing is an excellent plumbing service. They give upfront pricing over the phone, they are honest, and the tech is on time and knowledgeable. I will only call HMS for my plumbing needs!

I would not recommend HMS Plumbing. We had a leak in our Condo Hot-Water heater closet, the Condo Association called HMS plumbing and they were told someone would be at our Condo between 1 and 3 the next day. The plumber (Will) did not arrive at the unit until almost 4pm, and prior to that he was outside helping jump-start someones car. We did not receive any notice he was running late. To make matters worse the plumber ended up breaking one of our patio tables trying to stand on it to get a better reach of the valves and all he said was sorry. He tightened a dripping value and said this may be the issue and to keep an eye on it. We received a bill from the Condo Association who had gotten the bill from HMS for $210 for a 15 minute job. and it turns out what the plumber did didn't even fix the issue, we had a different plumber come out that night and it turned out the hot water heater was leaking. Calling HMS on the phone they were less then sympathetic and kept rambling about how great their prices are. As it currently stands I would not use or recommend this company.

Herve, the owner and Founder of HMS Plumbing, LLC has been in the plumbing industry since he was 16 years old and living in Nice, France. He studied under his uncle who owned a small business. In those days, plumbers in France were considered craftsmen, and it took years of schooling and supervised apprenticeship to be considered worthy to carry on the trade. When he moved to the United States, he worked for many plumbing companies. He noticed that with most of the companies he worked for, the craftsmanship and work ethic that is integral to the trade was sorely lacking. The stress of the quota systems and high pressure sales techniques did not sit well with Herve either. He was determined to do thing differently. Transparency is an important part of customer care so that is why we are not shy to quote our prices over the phone. Transparency, Quality, and Workmanship are the foundations of HMS Plumbing, LLC. We wouldn't have it any other way.
