I just stayed here one night. I would give 3.5 stars. When I wanted to check in early, it was no problem. I was upgraded to the club level on the 12th floor. I had a King bed and a little desk area to work. I thought the bath products were good and the robe was cozy. When I forgot my toothpaste, they brought up one for me - that was great! My complaints are easily fixed -
First, free WiFi in hotels over $200 a night should be standard. I hate the 24 hours only for $10 thing
The air conditioner, while effective was extremely loud and if you turned it off, the room got stuffy quick. Windows didn't open (for good reason - no one wants a jumper!).
I ordered room service twice. The dinner in the restaurant is the same for room service. So I ordered a small pizza and salad. The vegi's in the salad were cut really large, and the dough on the pizza was under cooked, and over sauced. But hey, flavor was pretty good.
All in all I didn't mind my stay, but pretty pricey for the location - nothing around there but suburban strip malls etc. Probably would  stay there again.

Property was nice, close to a Jamba Juice and there was a gym next door, but really overpriced for something in the burbs. Internet speed was just ok

Excellent customer service by the valet staff!!!

would give 4 stars except for...
The duvet on my bed did not have a duvet cover. I saw a stain on it and realized that I had that wrapped near my face. YUCK.

There was a persistent smell of smoke when I entered my room, despite this being a 100% non smoking hotel.  The problem is that I observed some folks smoking on their private room balconies and I think the smoke gets drawn into other rooms by the air handling equipment.  (deduct one star).

The sound isolation in the hotel was poor.  I kept hearing doors slamming all night long, I could hear water running from other bathrooms, and the sound carries quite clearly from adjacent rooms.  (deduct one star).

The parking setup is geared to for those who use the valet option.  Non-valet parkers need to park in the adjacent parking garage, take an elevator down to the ground level, cross thru a plaza, and then cross the driveway to reach the hotel lobby.  In the land of the car...........it struck me as a sub-par design for parking.  (deduct one star).

4 stars because this hotel didn't seem to have that stinky hotel smell.  The room was nice.  Comfy.  People were primarily nice.

Missing star...
Coming back from a wedding...I was looking pretty good.  However, I look young and was harassed by the night manager for carrying a bottle of water up to my room.  What an asshole!  I'm considering calling Hilton Corporate to make a complaint....I'll keep you posted.

Also, the towels aren't worth stealing.

I've stayed here a couple of times on business trips and have always found the rooms to be large and comfortable. It ain't a resort, but everything is clean and well-maintained. The toiletries include a sewing kit and a little vanity kit which had Q-tips and a nail file which were a godsend after I ripped a nail and scratched the inside of my ear. (It was a weird trip...don't ask!) You can also get access to the gym with a swimming pool if you ask for a pass when you check in.

The last two times I stayed here, I got a room on the Executive level which includes access to a continental breakfast on the 14th floor lounge. Nice selection of cereal, fruit, pastries, bagels, toast and assorted juices, tea and coffee. Plus, a large tub of hard-boiled eggs!

If you have to be in Woodland Hills, the Hilton is a serviceable choice.

Nice hotel... The bed was great.  I totally considered stealing some of the pillows.  Nothing too impressive, but decent for a business trip.
