Nice, comfortable hotel. I've stayed here here 3 times over the last 5 years and it's always been nice. You're walking distance to lots of modern shopping and restaurants. Always great staff too.

I love ya, Hilton, but I've only had one other hotel experience worse than the one I had at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing.
From the parking attendants to the front desk to housekeeping, the staff was neither friendly nor welcoming, nor did they inform us of the cost for self-parking our car. I would have overlooked that had there been signage at the entrance or anywhere within the parking garage.
I'm no dummy, and neither is the woman I was traveling with. But gosh did we have the hardest time finding our room! the signage for 412 leads you in two directions and you've gotta pick the right one to get to the room without circling the entire floor.
Our room was clean but unremarkable, and hardly worth $179 plus all sorts of additional fees, which I think is crazy high for Branson. The hotel itself contains a lot of trendy furnishings and maybe that's what one pays for here. I can tell you it sure ain't the housekeeping. Does this hotel not believe in having service staff on site 24/7 to pick up after guests who understandably have a tendency to leave trash, gum wrappers and other things on hard surfaces around a hotel?
In the room itself, we couldn't get the thermostat to hold at a cool enough temperature, so sleeptime was too warm and very uncomfortable. I always appreciate having a fridge in the room, so there's a positive point in this otherwise negative review.
An upside that there was a significant amount of mold around the shower, because there was so little water pressure (I had to rinse the shampoo out of my hair by sticking my head under the tub faucet) and limited hot water, we spent little time using it. With the controls all the way to hot, my shower was lukewarm at best. My friend bypassed hers. Who wants a cold shower on a chilly morning, right?
Wanting to grab a quick breakfast, we opted for the restaurant in the hotel. Seemingly most of the staff called in sick. The menu was rather limited for breakfast, but we got by on it.
And hey Hilton, wasn't I supposed to get water or a USA Today or something as a result of my Hilton Honors status? Nada.
I don't expect to ever visit Branson again. But if I do, I'll stay elsewhere. -

Conveniently located at the landing near shops, cruise dock, multiple restaurants. Temperature in room is difficult to adjust and blower is on constantly. Overall nice property with indoor pool and hot tub. If this is an amenity you want, make sure your room is in same building and not across the landing.

The staff at this property was amazing, they were very friendly. The rooms were pretty much impeccable, spacious and bright - and the beds... oh the beds, were EXTREMELY comfortable (as all Hilton beds seem to be!). The property is on the Branson Landing, meaning you are within walking distance to, probably, 100 different stores including restaurants. It is in a very convenient location for tourism and people just there to shop! Right outside the side door of the Hilton you can see a number of shows, including concerts, while I was there they had a water show with lights and, oh my, fire! It was just breathtaking. If you're going to be in Branson... this is where you should be, honestly!
I only had breakfast at their restaurant. Breakfast at the Liberty Tavern was great every morning, it's a great place to relax, read the paper and have your cup o' coffee. For the most part it's quiet, of course this is a hotel, so you can expect a family or two at any time and the noise level may go up just a bit.

The only thing that could make this property better? For me... if it were 100% Non-Smoking. The room I was in was Non-Smoking and I didn't detect smoke during my stay at the hotel, so all was not lost! -

I've stayed at the Hilton Promenade within the past three weeks - visiting Branson on. What a breath of fresh air!
The Hilton Promenade, along with the Landing - a brand new upscale outdoor mall along Lake Taneycomo (really more like a small river), is a tremendous addition to Branson. It is a very nice hotel - no faults, and some surprising pluses. I rated it a "5 star" experience primarily due to the incredible difference between the Hilton Promenade and all other hotels in the area. There simply is no comparison.
1. The staff are very professional and will certainly meet any reasonable and stated need. They are not quite yet at the level of a truly top-flite hotel, in that they don't have that reserved confidence in their service delivery, and are not fully skilled in anticipating guest needs. But they are kind, very welcoming, efficient, and almost falling over one another to help make your stay a good one.
2. The lobby and rooms are very nice. Of course, they appear new, but they are of a modern style - which is to say open, colorful, quiet, well-lit, and cheery. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well appointed. Bed linens are of a high quality and are spotless. Bathrooms are also quite large, showers are huge, and water pressure is very high. Most rooms overlook The Landing, so there is a fair amount of "street noise" until about 10:30p or so at night - but if you have a balcony, it's fun to walk out and look down on the shopping, dancing, and partying that goes on at The Landing. My first stay was in a standard room. My friend joined me on our second stay, and we were in one of their large suites. The suite was about double the price of a regular room (reg. rooms are about $108, the suite was about $220), and had a full kitchen (NOT a kitchenette) separated from a good sized living area by a nice granite bar, a HUGE bathroom with a huge shower and a large garden tub, along with plenty of counter space (larger than most hotel rooms), a large bedroom, and a large balconey - with large patio table, four chairs, and plenty of room to walk around. It struck us as very luxurious. The kitchen was stocked with a full set of pans and cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, flatware, napkins, a dishwasher (w/complimentary soap), a full sized refrigerator, a nice quality range/oven, and a large stainless steel sink set in the granite bar. The suite also had a stacked washer/dryer (also w/ complimentary soap & softener).
3. The hotel was right on top of The Landing. All of the nice restaurants and shops in the center are within very easy walking distance (Sullivans Steakhouse - a very high end chain; Famous Dave's BBQ; the Liberty Grill - our favorite; and many more). There is a large Bass Pro Shop store at the south end of the mall, with access to Lake Taneycomo through their very unique bait shop and boat slips.
Much of The Landing has been developed - although development is on the periphery of the mall and isn't really that obvious. As well, there is a beautiful new convention center, and ANOTHER Hilton Hotel, across the street, The Landing area is a shining new testament to the foresight of the leaders and citizens of Branson - who are seeking to advance their tourism business well beyond the current slate of country shows & theme parks.
Unless you really, really want to stay in one of the hotels on the strip, or want to travel all the way to one of the distant resorts on Table Rock Lake, THIS is the place to stay in Branson
