I really don't know how to describe my experience here. My mom reserved a room at a pretty decent rate. The beds and the gym were the best things about the place, which keeps it at 2-stars.

The rest was terrible though. The TV lacks any decent channels, the tub didn't drain well, and the room must have been caked in mold or allergens because waking up was like being in a mucinex commercial. Funny, when not in the hotel, I felt fine. After being in the room for a couple of hours or for the length of my sleep, it was like my throat became a swollen slip-n-slide for snot.

The first morning I woke up, I thought it would be nice to get breakfast. I took a peak at the menu and called the front desk to learn that it was $40 for an upgrade to the executive club room with a free continental breakfast. I thought surely we'd be able to eat downstairs for less than that, so we went to the cafe in the lobby for breakfast. It was pretty good, but the bill + tip was $32. I should have just gone for the $40 so I could have breakfast every morning I was there if I just wanted to eat at the hotel.

Additionally, everything seemed to be closed. Need the gift shop? Be back in a few sign would be up. Bar? No one around because of the shift change. The pool and hot-tub was roped off in caution tape.

I will give them one thing though. This hotel has the best hotel gym I've ever seen. New Precore machines - 3 ellipticals, 4 or 5 treadmills, a couple of benches, a weight rack. The only thing that sucks is trying to run a couple of miles while your throat dries up from all the allergens.

Also, some weird nut job convention was going on in the lobby while I was there. Some dude was giving a massage and the lady literally flapped up from the table like a fish. And when I had to walk through all this craziness with a swim suit on to get to the roped off pool, a man with a magicians hat walked by and bowed at me. I'm not making this up.

It served its purpose, but I was happy to leave and glad to never return.

The decor and the pool was nice, (yes, they do have a pool...just walk to the end of the hotel...it's there) that's why I'm giving a big "two stars".

The room service food was AWFUL, and I mean OMG barf, gag me with a a spoon! I paid $70 for a fajita platter, a fajita sandwich, a bowl of clam chowder, and a milk shake (not all for me). I asked for steak and chicken fajitas and got some kind of microwaved, boxed meat flavored substance. And come on...can I get some REAL sour cream, I mean really, I'm on freakin vacation!

Their selection of television channels consists of sports channels, the Hilton station, one HBO channel, a couple local channels, and cartoon network. WTF...can I get some MTV, VH1, or a decent channel worth watching. I mean, I'm sorry, I know my cheap behind is only paying $160.00 a night but can you throw me a bone?
I did decide to order a movie, which with tax, ended up being $13.00! Really!!?? Come on Hilton!!

So no, I would never stay at the Hilton again. Again their pool was nice, it had a waterfall, but otherwise, save your money...the place is a dump!

It was nice-but nothing on property for kids.  No pool!  My balcony off the room overlooked the US 60 - not to impressive.  Heard police activity multiple times through-out the night - due to close proximity to Fiesta Mall.  I was really shocked that this is a Hilton.  Also, the bar for the hotel is located in the middle of the lobby, which was a noisy combination.
