Every Hilton I've ever stayed at has been nice, not spectacular, but nice.
The rooms are chic, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful with maps and restaurant recommendations.
The pool at this location was nice, and there was also a jacuzzi. If you want to go to the beach, there's a shuttle that runs all day to and from the hotel. Beach towels and coolers full of bottled water are available for free.
There's a Shula's Steakhouse in the hotel. I don't understand the review saying that it's worth missing. When I went the service could not have been better, and the steaks were fantastic. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.

We had a good experience staying at the Hilton.  We spent a little extra to be on the "Executive Floor", which included breakfast each morning and snacks in the afternoon.  It was a decent little spread in the morning with muffins, pastries, cereal, fruit- and really good cookies in the afternoons.

My sister had her wedding here, and overall it was a great experience. The ceremony was outside by the jacuzzi- they had floating candles and rose petals in it, and flowers around the area, it was really, really gorgeous.  The photos are just unbelievable.  Then the reception was in the ballroom- also beautifully decorated.  There were some things that went wrong- like the cake.  After tasting cakes and picking out exactly what they wanted, my sister and her fiance were both really excited about the amazing strawberry cake.  We were ALL excited for that strawberry cake! But when they cut into it, they realized the hotel had given them chocolate cake, which neither of them like.  But that's okay, nothing is going to be perfect. It was a really beautiful wedding, the Hilton did a great job with it.

This is a nice hotel.  However, it is not spectacular and doesn't stand out in any way whatsoever.  We stayed four nights in August - weekdays.  We sprung the extra $$ to stay on the "executive" floor which in a way worked out well because there were four of us (myself, hubby and two kids) and each morning we ate breakfast here (bagles, muffins, pastries, croissants, bread, cream cheese, butter, jams, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, teas, yoghurt and cereal).  They also had evening snacks from about 5 - 8p.m. which I would miss completely as they were so icky.  The staff were attentive and anytime I called for anything it was there in minutes.  The pool was clean and nice, lots of towels but no pool service.  The hotel has bicycles you can borrow.  The beach is walking distance but they do provide a bus service that leaves at 10a.m., 12p.m., 2p.m, and 4p.m..  Ditto coming back from the beach.  Once you get to the beach area, you have to take a "golf cart" service down through the mangroves to the beach.  The beach area has restrooms and a snack bar plus a place you can rent chairs and toys.  The Hilton will give you a small cooler with water bottles and give you chairs and towels when you get to the area where you get the golf cart but you have to lug them along with you for the rest of the day.
There is a business center with three computers where you can access the internet day or night.  Plus free wi-fi in the bedroom.  That was cool as both of us had laptops with us.
The only restaurant on site is Shulas.  We neither ate there nor did we order room service whcih comes from there.
However, its an uninteresting hotel.  Next time I will either stay at a Residence Inn with a hot breakfast and more interesting happy hour, or spring for a beach hotel with more kid oriented activities.

Beautiful hotel convienently located near Clam Pass and Waterside Shops.  The service is friendly and generous.  The rooms are comfortable, chic and maintained very well.  Shula's can definitely be missed, as the service and food at the Steak House are not worth even an expense account.  Make sure you ask for Tom at the front desk- he'll tell you the best places to eat, drink or simply where to be in Naples.  I will come back!

From this outside this hotel is gorgeous and the lobby is amazing! The rooms were what you normally see in a hotel, nothing overly fancy just your average room. The beds were very comfortable though! The hotel is also located less than a mile from the beach which was pleasant! The location was great, the waterside shops were across the street which offered shopping and leisure time at the Barnes and Nobles as well as some nice restaurants. It was a good stay overall...
