Great service at this Hilton. I Pricelined a room, and when I arrived not only did that decide to upgrade me to a bigger room, they also offered to upgrade me to their best suite (including breakfast and lounge access) for only $50 more a day, and I'd be stupid NOT to take that offer. Besides that, the hotel staff was top notch.
The suite was fantastic, with two large rooms. One was the common area a couch, tables, fridge/countertop, and a dining/conference area. The other was a huge master bedroom with a king bed.
Bonus: The normal breakfast at the hotel restaurant became a Sunday champagne brunch... talk about being lucky.
Parking was complimentary with easy access to I-69 and I-465, and it's near some large retail centers within easy driving range. And for those who are hypochondriacs, there's a good hospital out back.
I would indeed stay here again, even if I was in a plebian room. And even if I didn't use Priceline, the prices were a good value given that it's a full Hilton.
very disappointing... i have a double double bed room and the bathroom is smaller than i've had at the wingate, hyatt place and residence inn nearby. the rooms are adequately clean. lack of free internet, old style tvs and no free breakfast defeats the purpose of being a hilton honors gold vip. i really don't understand the reason for staying at one of these "full service" hilton hotels which provide less than the "business traveler" hotels.
i will not return.
