I have to wonder if they've renovated since the previous posters made their reviews because we didn't have any of the issues they listed.  Our room was a nice size, and even with a King size bed, we still had plenty of room for our stuff and to just hang out.  Of course, we're used  to Manhattan hotel rooms, so perhaps our perspective is skewed.

The room and bathroom was clean.  We had a great view of the State Capital building and being on the 18th floor, it was VERY quiet.  Parking was $18 for the day/night we were there, but with in/out priviledges, I didn't think this was such a big deal. Again, I'm used t o NY and Boston prices where they easily charge $30 for the same service.  Didn't have any trouble finding parking in their garage and there was even a wedding there that night with a lot of out of town guests.  Maybe the previous posters didn't want to walk more than 2 feet to the door.  Not  sure.

HOLLY SH*T...NEVER AGAIN.  Where to start.  Parking is 17 bux a night and there is never enough of it.  The lobby suffers from what I call city-itis.  They spend too much time keeping the rif raf out.  The conciser is always looking for a buck.  No free breakfast.  Now that would not be such an issue but the M&M cafe is mediocre and over priced.  You can tell this is a tired property with a real attempt at making it the "Mod" place to stay.

Now here is the kicker.  You all know that I spend 150 room nights a year in hotels so I won't steer you wrong here.  My room, 1115 was the sorriest excuse of a room.  First there is more light coming in around the door than the open windows in day light.  No shit, there is a 2 inch  gap at the bottom of the door.  In the dark it is like looking at a cliche monster movie where the light behind the door is beaming through the cracks.

NOISE is something that is unforgivable.  I cannot take it.  I need silence.  Route 84 out the window, the elevator down the hall and a heating system that went tic, tic, tic every few seconds made this place about the worst Hilton I ever stayed at (Richmond West HGI was the worst).

No decent hotel store, just a lot of decoration on a very tired and 1 star building.  You can dress her up, but she is still ugly.  Don't waste your money.
The room is classic hilton.

I agree with the previous two posts.  At least an inch gap between the floor and the door.  Internet was completely out on my floor.  Once I moved to an new floor the internet was extremely slow.  The Hilton Honors rooms are the exact same as the regular rooms.
