Stayed here for two nights. I have no complaints with my stay. The room and common areas were very clean. The front desk staff were helpful. There is plenty of parking and the area felt pretty safe for Staten Island. I drove in from Newark airport and had no troubles locating it, since it is close to the freeway. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Staten Island ferry.

The Hilton chain is without a doubt one of the best luxury hotel chains there is. The part I thought was pretty unique and liked best was the Japanese garden. It's beautiful, with sculptures and greenery, even a pagoda. It's worthy of holding weddings and elaborate parties. They have a brunch buffet on the wknds, priced around $25 I've heard. I've yet to try it, but plan to at some point... stay tuned.

The best wedding I've  been to so far was last tonight in this place.  The food, the service and the atmosphere was top notch all the way.  I am not having a big wedding but if I were, I would have it here.

If you are looking for a hotel on Staten Island this hotel is probably the best you are going to get. The Hampton Inn which is located close by also looked decent but I did not go inside.

Reservations were easy to book online and I was able to use Hilton points to pay for the stay which was a bonus. When we checked in, the front desk staff was nice and they upgraded us to a suite. Gave us complimentary box of chocolates and bottles of water.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet despite being near the elevator. Plenty of stations and movies to watch on the TV. Big jacuzzi tub but no bathrobes.

The only downside was the room service food which was hard to eat. My boyfriend got the French onion soup and it was sweet, the Caesar salad was drenched in dressing (don't drown your food!) and the chicken soup was luke warm.

Plenty of parking and easy access to the highway.

Star Siting: we saw Joey Fatone in the elevator with his family. That was interesting!

Went to a wedding at the Hilton. It ran smoothly ,food was fine and we had a great time.
The staff was experienced, and I noticed the Nicotras walking around the hotel making sure everyone involved was pleased.

Courteous & helpful staff.  They actually ask if you need help (and follow through, above and beyond what is expected)...a nice change from having to ask repeatedly for something  The hotel is clean and well kept.  The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Definately the best hotel on the island.
